Nice upgrade for my ipad air

Unfulfilled promises!

The 1st iPad was allegedly “in stock” but in the minutes it took to process the order that was not the case. It was supposed to ship in “2-3 days”. That never happened. I contacted Best Buy and the representative cancelled the first order and placed a second order which was supposed to be ready for in-store pick up in 2 days, which is today. I have yet to be notified that the iPad is in store ready to pick up. Very frustrating experience for what should have been a straightforward purchase. I fear I will not receive this 2nd iPad and will have to look elsewhere.

Amazing Product

I should have switched to and Ipad ages ago it's much easier to watch my videos and read my books on and with it being 512GB I can add a lot on to it.

He lives on the opposite coast so having option to go to Best Buy for any problems is a great asset (after purchasing AppleCare). He pulled it out, set it up and began drawing within an hour of receiving, so I won the gift exchange! My husband was slower with his but is now up and running and adoring drawing on it!
