Works well w keyboard case otherwise difficult to use w some programs given number and type of screen gestures required without it. A bit heavy to lug around but better than laptop. Find apple pencil is useless and a waste of money.

I reviewed the iPad on line and saw it on sale at Best Buy. This was an easy experience talking to the sales person verifying it was available and trading in my old iPad.

Great tablet love it Apple very powerful and super speed.

Love this ipad - doesn't have a huge amount of storage but its great and stores all my more critical stuff for on the go. I always have my computer if needed but this is great for the smaller jobs or things where I dont want to lug a bunch around

After three days of owning the 11-Inch iPad Pro (512GB) it went blank and would not turn on. I took it back to Best Buy and for the first time ever I got some serious run around. I had to Google how to fix this problem. Not sure what the problem is but every few days it shuts down and I have to repeat the process. It has been a few days and no issues, so I am waiting to see if I really need to return it.

4th iPad over the years. This one will not transfer over from the other iPad Pro. Old one states transfer complete but this one just stays in limbo. Opting to transfer later is the only way to bring up the operating system. Inputting all the information manually will take forever. Not happy.

I have been purchasing iPad for last more than 12 years. I think this is our 8th iPad for our family apart from other Apple product.

This is for my daughter and high school. So far she really enjoys it and all of the options that she can do with it.

The interaction with the Best Buy team, as well as the quality of the iPad, were excellent. I am a recent Apple convert, having taken up an iPhone for personal and business use. The iPad was an excellent addition.
