I love my new IPad Pro m4. I wish I would have gotten the WiFi cellular but next time when they come out with a new upgrade. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been using Apple products for over twenty-five years… This is my absolute favorite ipad ever… The last time I felt this kind of joy with an iPad was with the first ever iPad Apple made. This new iPad is incredible for reading books. As a bookworm, this is the bees knees. I assumed that I wouldn’t like watching movies etc as well as I would with the glossy screen. I was wrong. Movies etc are gorgeous with this matte screen. I’m very very very happy. The ipad is responsive, fast, and wonderful. Caveats: You have to use an included cloth to wipe the screen (Apple sells extras). I treat the ipad with kid gloves as I assume this means the screen is more delicate. Totally worth it though. 10/10 highly recommend. Fantastic experience with the iPad and ordering from BestBuy.

I like how thin and fast this device is, very versatile...! although I still think the iPhone screen is better..!

Best iPad yet. The beautiful OLED with nano texture is a dream, super bright outdoors it’s actually usable specially the nano texture with little to no reflections.i would recommend to most people over a laptop since these machines are so capable it nearly matches a MacBook in most aspects except of course connectivity with a single USB-C port

The screen glare reduction is really a pleasure as I frequently use my iPad outdoors. The battery ice is also much jmproved over my former model.

I laways like ipad pro as my.tablet for the protection but this one is my favorite tablet i used every day no complains

I didn't even get my order. They sent me 200 dollars worth of toothbrushes. Without a packing slip. I was finally able to get a return label with a whole bunch of running around for refund and I went and bought it straight from the Apple Store to currier it next day

I'm sure the product is great - its really too bad your inability to get it to me and terrible customer service. The charge is still on my credit card after multiple calls and receiving confirmation that I would be refunded. It's criminal what you Best Buy are doing.

Best Buy was unable to deliver this product. They weren't able to deliver the model i wanted so i settled for an alternative. After waiting two weeks and still hadnt received a ship date, i canceled the order and shopped elsewhere.

what a joke, have not received this product Best Buy and UPS have been playing agmes with me .. JUNE 3RD and still no product.. ordered MAY 9th
