Ive had it for a little over a year now. I use it for work as an artist. Love it. Past 3ish months noticed its having issues charging. Maybe taking it in to get looked at soon.

I bought it for my wife for school and she loves it! It is not too big or too small just right ..It fits in her purse sync in all her devices. You can text , scheduling, calendar ,split screen she can zoom and look at the internet at the same time. Also her PowerPoint and much more.

absolutely an outstanding purchase. From the in store ordering, shipping and quick delivery. The product itself is an amazing upgrade from my original 9.7 iPad pro. The added facial recognition, apple pen capability and the upgraded camera were the added features that made this such a great buy.

Amazing tablet! This M1 chip means business. Its unfair for any other tablet to compare to what apple is able to deliver with this type of machinery. Find myself picking this up more than my iphone pro and macbook pro. This is the ultimate pro device.

For the money it's hard to beat the iPad Pro. I'd highly recommend.

The 11 inch I-Pad Pro is a great product. Purchased it at the local Best Buy store assisted by knowledgeable staff. Tech people assisted in transferring information from old I-Pad. Everything was so easy. We purchase all our electronics from Best Buy for this reason.

Great device, my mom loves it, although there is a big learning curve going from an older model iPad. She enjoys the better graphics as her eyesight is not as good as it used to be.

this i pad is almost the best but we know theres always room for improvement. but this model has it all and a good price to boot compact crystal clear all the memory

There is really nothing better than an iPad except maybe a new iPad !! I have had an iPad since 2008 and they just keep getting better. Very secure and the epitome of user friendly. My 80 year old father in law and his 78 year old wife LOVE theirs. They both find that it does for them exactly what they need.

Love this iPad. My first and only other iPad was at least 6 hrs. old and getting very slow, it still worked, but wasn’t cutting the mustard anymore. This iPad Pro is fast, more memory and did I say fast? The facial recognition is the best!

Wife loves her new iPad Pro. Unbelievable speed. Great features. great buying experience (Store # 25). Love Best Buy employees; they enjoy what they do (alot) and it transfers right to the customer. The General Manager, "Tuffer" is an outstanding leader. As a 27 yr retired Retail Mgr, I was impressed.

I miss my home button! Honestly like my old iPad Air better. The new pro is thicker, heavier and the edges hurt my finger when I’m holding it. It does have beautiful color and a slightly larger screen and it is a bit faster, but I thought I would see more of an improvement. If I had to do it over I would get the latest Air instead. Also when I transferred the contents of my old iPad over my mail App did not transfer so there is that as well.

Another step forward in the iPad line. M processor can be faster at certain tasks. Speakers sound better than my older iPad Pro. WiFi was all I needed. If a WiFi network is not available I can tether to my phone. Best Buy will honor most other stores sale prices. iPads can do most tasks I used a laptop for.

IPad pro 11 with the new M1 chip is fast! Have been using it for 2 weeks and so far so good. Peripherals are a bit pricey for this iPad so that is a bummer. Battery life is not as great as I had expected it to be. Haven't done any tasks that require a lot of power so it does not make sense.

Very nice, i bought this for my husband who is an artist. He loves that it automatically records his drawings. Really I struggled between purchasing a drawing tablet and an iPad Pro. I purchased a pen and this was really a good alternative. Good buy!

I upgraded my older iPad to this current model. The main reason that I wanted to upgrade is that I needed a Keyboard that was easy to use. Purchased the Magic Keyboard and latest pencil and it’s been amazing. The iPad is very nice and transferring my old setup from the older iPad was easy using iCloud.
