    I am 58 years old and NOT tech savvy. I feel the staff at Best BUY learned my needs and made the BEST recommendation for me in my situation. They were efficient and eager to help. The IPAD PRO, pen and Apple ear buds, and magic keyboard are perfect. I was headed down a different road but definitely made the right selcetion based on recommendation and in doing the New total tech support saved me money even though there was an up front cost.
