Only giving a 4-star instead of 5-star due to the fact the sales rep sold me this with WiFi capability only! I needed one with cellular and did not know this was the case until 5 months after purchase and went to add cellular to my device and found out from my carrier that this could not be done because this device did not have cellular compatibility. Staff needed to specify this, as I have bought 3 iPads in my life from Best Buy and this was never an issue or conversation brought up. It really should have been told to the customer who are not as computer savvy, so the purchase can be made with “informed consent” of the products limitations. Ugh!! Otherwise an excellent product, functionality and quality!
