I had bought this specifically for editing photos on photoshop but theres alot of missing tools on the photoshop ipad version. It was a great device overall, just not for my purpose so I ended up returning it and getting a macbook.

Very happy with my purchase. Apple knocked it put the park with the iPads. We use them for everything in our house. They work great in addition to our iPhones and 2021 iMac. Super fast, responsive, a little work horse. Battery life is fine. Nothing to really gripe about.

I’ve had several android tablets and most recent was a Samsung. This iPad is clearly the best yet and worth every dime. Also, my overall rating on this iPad is 5 star in every way!!!!!!!!!

I was surprised to see the quality for the open box, it came in pretty much brand new, you can’t tell if it was used previously or not. It came with the original box and charger. If I need another iPad or other tech I will definitely buy it from best buy

Only lost a little data in the transfer . Otherwise easy to set up. Still getting used to not having the little button.

Works as it should. A bit of video studded for some reason on the YouTube app. Otherwise the default background light is low so you’ll have to adjust it. Sound is ok from the speakers. I mostly use headphones. Charge cable is short. I don’t like that.

I love this new purchased iPad Pro 2021 which I dreamed of. I have 3 previous IPADs acquired from 1st to 3rd Gen "not pro" I think IPAD 1 :), but now I decided to purchased this for my personal use for faster video and photo editing tools.

I love seeing all the apps and that it’s so compatible with documents I can use for work. I purchased a keyboard attachment that makes it work like a laptop. Which is what I originally wanted but I decided on doing this.

Good product. Didn’t have the variety of Apple accessories that I was hoping for (keyboard and such) but a decent experience overall

Except camera everything is good. Like the speed, sound, screen but I did not expect that bad quality photos. Although it is not built for photography, I was expecting photos coparable at least to old samsung phone. But my s8 plus takes much better photos than this. I am not sure what is the issue but I could not remove white hazy layer from the photos.

This iPad is absolutely the best hardware Apple has ever produced. Unfortunately the operating system doesn’t take full advantage of the hardware.

I bought this in 2021, I was really happy with it till about 2weeks ago.. I plugged it in. Well I couldn’t get it to turn on . So I figured it was the battery. Took it to the store today. The guy said he’d tested it . And it’s not the battery. It’s toast. Look into buying another iPad. Not even 2years old. Being Apple, I can’t even trade it in. I’ll have to think about buying another Apple product.

This is a must have for students! You don’t need this exact model but just any modern iPad will do. It has helped me a lot by staying organized with my notes, not having to worry about carrying books and notebooks, and much more.

Love my iPad! Setup is greatly improved but you need to first go to backup and transfer on your existing Apple device to have it transfer identically to what you are used as far as the order your apps are placed, etc.

A very amazing ipad could be also paird with a keyboard case, works wonderfully it even replaced my laptop! Nothing that my laptop can do it can't do!!!

I was hesitant to purchase this item because it was a return open-box item but so far I am satisfied with my purchase. No issue with this ipad works fine not sure why it was returned but didn't see any defects, software nor touch screen issue.

Very nice definitely gets the job done! Excellent product….buy it but save your money and don’t buy more than 256gb because you don’t need it just used some type of cloud storage. Besides they will likely introduce a newer model soon.

Man… this iPad kinda changed my life. It allowed me to take notes (handwritten) and have it stored in one place. If u are a student… it flipped my grade upside down. Btw apple pencil is too much get logitech crayon.

Wife wanted a new tablet and we already use everything else Apple and Mac. Seems to have a good battery life.

First iPad I’ve owned in a very long time and was impressed by how it’s changed throughout the years. As expected from apple this iPad is the best so far and I’m enjoying it every time Im using it. Let’s see how long it will last!.
