Bought this iPad as a birthday gift for my mother. Best Buy TotalTech offered a great price that other retailers could not match. She enjoys using it for her Zoom calls and listening to movies and podcasts while cooking.

I absolutely love this tablet and I use it as my daily driver. I actually prefer to browse the web, edit videos (light stuff) and touch up photos on the iPad rather than a Mac or PC. This is an absolute must buy.

Wife wanted an iPad when she saw I purchased the Air for my myself. I mentioned I compared both and the pro would suit her needs. She does graphic design, social media content, and surfs web. Was an excellent choice for her.

My new iPad Pro takes a bit of getting used to but it is all about updating electronic devices. It has challenged me in some ways but at my age, a challenge is a good thing. I am very happy with my updated iPad.

This is a great product and if you're into smart home things it can serve as your Thread router as long as it stays at the house. Like other Ipads, Apple should really move the camera to the center of the long side.

Very pleased with the product. I upgraded from a 2019 iPad Pro 11 to get more memory. I matched my black magic keyboard with the space gray iPad. It looks great and works great.

Exactly what I expected. Initially a little nervous buying a Best Buy refurbished iOS, but looks good a new. Apple quality at a discount. Only disappointment is lack of Best Buy points when purchased with a non-best buy credit card.

I like this Ipad very much. The only issue i have with it is that I can not Bluetooth from my phone because it's Samsung. I can however Bluetooth to my laptop so I do this instead and send it to the cloud to use on the Ipad.

Coming from the 2021 Samsung S7+ which is a good tablet , the iPad is awesome. My main concern was apps being optimized. The apps are fluid and fits my liking on what is to be expected from a tablet. Android hasn't figured that out yet. Things could be either for example better screen brightness. Apple could've gave the option for a fingerprint scanner as well since it's a so called "Pro" model. Overall great tablet!

Very pleased with purchase - replaced an iPad Pro 10.5 from 2017 that died. Like the Face ID - not a great fan of the usb-c. Ended up buying longer cable - included cable too short for my needs.

Replaced my old iPad Pro with this new one. The screen is amazing and the pencil works so well with it (had to buy a new 2nd gen pen). I am looking forward to learning all the other new features it has

Everything went great with team at Best Buy. They answered all questions about the Ipads we are buying for Christmas presents. Can't tell you how the products performs because still wrapped up in Christmas presents.

I purchased this item with the intent to create digital art, while ProCreate is a learning curve for me, I thoroughly enjoy the interface on this system and genuinely look forward to what I can create.

Everything I expected from Apple! I love the power of the M1 chip and the screen resolution which is way better than iPad Air 2 which served me well and which this one replaces. I am greatly pleased.

I bought it for my husband’s birthday present, although he use it for work purposes. He loves the additional features that the other models don’t have like the pen functionality. He is able to edit his documents.

For the price it should come with the same quality display as the larger 12.9 and ram should be maxed and reflected in the description rather than either “known” through extensive research or just not described to everyday buyers. Also storage options are limited in lesser iPads to push the buyer to an iPad Pro. The only thing that is perfect with an iPad is Apple’s pricing setup to push buyers to spend more money.
