I am very happy with my IPad pro. I had one of the original iPads and the keyboard wouldn’t always type. I researched and researched & liked the features you get with pro especially facial recognition. It is also able to use a keyboard & magic stylus so good for art. I think you should just go for it!

So glad I went for the pro! Initially I had gone for a cheaper model — but the Face ID is actually worth it. I used by Best Buy total care membership— which the savings on Apple care made it easy to bump up models and grab some accessories

I decided to get a new iPad for note taking and some easy after hours internet browsing. The new iPad 12.9 is awesome! Perfect for what I need. Two things I would change about it; battery life and add a camera to the middle top screen frame when the ipad it attached to a keyboard. Other than that, I am really happy with it so far. Get the pen if you do, you wont be sorry!

Graphics are beautiful and loading is super fast. We love this new Ipad.

Best Buy made it easy for me to place my order online and made price matching very easy. Once completed, the in store pick up process was very smooth. The representatives working there were nice as well. Overall a great experience!

Writing this review after a year. I bought the open box and it was in mint condition. Everything about the device is top notch. My only complaint would be the position of the front camera, it is next to the home button in the landscape mode, which makes it tricky.
