This is the perfect iPad for all kinds and for having fun and creativity. I highly recommend the apple pen 2 with this iPad.

Beautiful tablet easy to used great for using procreate app you can watch movies 6 day still with 50% battery last long . If you are in artist invest in a tablet if you are going in vacation or travel easy to carry...

iPad Pro, extremely useful for business and doing payroll

I absolutely love my iPad Pro 11 inch 3rd generation 256gb with the M1 chip. I love using this iPad for streaming, photo slideshows, and especially note taking for college. I traded in my 256gb iPad Mini 6 for the iPad Pro 11 inch 3rd gen because I started feeling like my iPad Mini was way too small for note taking, amazing for portability though, but I totally love having the 2.7 inch wider screen difference than having a mini sized iPad. Amazing, all day battery (and then some), outstanding sound and audio quality with Dolby Atmos. Yes, the M1 chip has a lot of power compared to an iPhone and an intel MacBook/iMac, but with all of that raw and amazing power comes outstanding graphics, amazing sound quality, and very smooth screen resolution. If you’re deciding between an M1 chip iPad Air 256gb or an M1 chip iPad Pro 256gb whether it be the 11 inch or 12.9 inch model, trust me when I say this, paying the extra $50-$150 for the Pro model iPad is absolutely worth it especially if you’re trading in a slightly older iPad like I did that has a $300+ trade in value. Also, as far as a weight comparison goes, compared to the iPad Mini 6, even though the iPad Mini 6 is light as a feather, the Pro model iPad is literally only a 0.3-0.5 pound heavier than the iPad Mini 6, but I don’t feel the weight difference between the 2 iPad models at all. One last thing, the Pro model iPad is so much sleeker and thinner and nowhere near as bulky on the bezels as the iPad mini 6 and iPad Air 4/5 are.

This is a truly magnificent feat to have an Apple M1 desktop-grade processor in an 11-inch tablet body. The 11-inch does not feature the mini-LED backlit display, but coming from the lowest-end 2019 iPad to this, the difference in screen quality is immediately apparent (although even at the lowest end, iPad has a decent screen). It's undeniably fast, it's slim, lightweight, immensely portable, battery life is amazing, sound is fantastic. The USB-C port opens up many possibilities and lets you carry around a charging cable you likely could use for other devices as well versus something proprietary. If you're reading this review, you've likely read other reviews saying the tablet is held back by iOS. It IS as of this writing, however many people are waiting eagerly for Apple's conference coming up to see if they will be making large improvements to iPadOS to allow the M1 processor to do more. The potential for this tablet to run MacOS or MacOS apps on iOS truly exists and that would make this one of the absolute best buys in tech available today IF Apple makes that a possibility by changing iOS. Let's collectively keep our fingers crossed on that. That said, if iOS never does more than it does today, the M1 iPad pros will be overkill and tragically under-utilized, but nonetheless fantastic. For this reason, I dinged one point off value because the true value isn't realized without the operating system catching up to the hardware.
