The young lady who helped me was very nice and courteous. I knew exactly what I wanted walking into the store after doing research. It has lived up to my expectations and I am very pleased with my purchase. The only negative is I purchased this with a CitiBank/BestBuy card for the interest free 12 months. It is not a user friendly site.

Best iPad so far

This is far more expensive and it shows. With the M1 processor, this tablet can handle just about anything. I love it, so I also bought the new 14” M1 MacBook and they go together great. I use sidecar and it’s awesome. Would highly recommend this tablet if money is not an issue.
