    I pad s great! Apple has been no help with resetting my Apple ID for a month so I can use it much until then.. :(

    My boys love these tablets. I do notice some freezing, which is corrected by turning the device off/on. Most of the time it works great.

    Didn't come with a pen stylist.?? Otherwise I pad is very nice. Service was ok, associate was annoyed that I also requested a hard copy receipt.

    Salesman was very helpful in helping me decide which iPad to upgrade to. He only forgot to try and sell me Zagg glass protector and case.
