Besides the screen going closer to the bezels on all sides, this is permanent form factor of what a tablet should be. This thing is a powerhouse but unfortunately running iOS 12 and not something closer to MacOS. Do most people need this much power in a tablet, no. Is it future proof for at least the next 4-5 years, yes. If you want an iPad that you do a little emailing with, social media, and content consumption, then this is overpowered for what you need and you might want to think of the 9.7 first gen pro or the 6th gen iPad. But if you don't mind the base price of $799 and want to replace your dying iPad Air or older, then this will mean you don't need to shop another iPad for many years. The feel is very different. Akin to the iPhone 5 and 5s with this straight edges and not the curved ones from previous iPads. If you are an iPad photographer, then you will like the rear cam on this as it is the same as the one on the iPhone Xr. Get this because: you want to really push an iPad to make it your new laptop but know you have to hack your way through your workflow to make it work, want the latest and greatest just because, or you want to replace a very old iPad and not have to think about getting a new one for years.

Fantastic iPad all around! Fast, easy to use, not too heavy, great size, sleek design. The lack of home button is easy to get used to as Apple has a nice little demo to get you started, especially for those that are accustomed to having the home button to toggle out of screens. The camera quality is superb as well.

I’m not a tablet person, I was looking for a photo and video editing computer. In my research this product started to come out as been an excellent computer replacement specially with iPad OS. Of course I was skeptical because I own an iPad Air 2 and never use it for photo/video editing. The deeper I went in my research the more this product was getting praise. I decided to buy it and give a try, I can’t be more happier with my decision. This iPad is very powerful. It handles the 42mp files that my a7Riii produces way better than my computer does. Also, it renders 4K video with ease. The display is very color accurate (which is very, very important for me). Is very portable, now I can edit on the spot as soonest I take the picture and share directly from my IPad. Besides all that my kids play in it, no problem handeling games, my wife watches Netflix and read a lot. The battery life is amazing. I think i can say I’m not going back to a laptop ever again as iPad will just be getting better and better. The iPad Pro doesn’t disappoint get it!!!

The latest iPad Pro models tick all the boxes: Face ID, extremely fast processors, great cameras, and excellent display. It is extremely thin and lightweight. So far the battery life has been excellent. Apple has knocked it out of the park with its most recent model.

Unbelievable power horse of a machine. It is still 2024, and I’m rocking this baby!! Still recommend this tablet.

I recently bought the tablet, as a replacement to an older model that I lost year. After just a week of use I really liking this item and is a great alternative my heavier MacBook Pro. For starters I like the screen size (not too large or too small). As with most Apple items I also like that it was easy to set up and use. In addition I like that you can swipe-up from the bottom of the screen to access a few of the most/recently used apps. Another great feature is the FaceID, although there are times that I miss the home button/Finger Print ID (mostly because I am really used to it). Also other features I like are the magnetic connection for the Apple Pencil 2 and wireless charging via this connection for said pencil. In addition the magnetic connection and wireless charging for the new Apple Smart Keyboard/Folio is nice. Some however may not like the keyboard/folio not more securely connected and does not cover the sides of the iPad. On the downside there is no headphone jack. I do have a nice set of Boise wireless earbuds, so I am cool without this feature, but many users may miss it. Also many may miss the Lighting port if they have accessories that connect via that method, instead of USB C. On the flip side the USB C cable has the same connector on both ends unlike most if not all other electronic cables out there. In all a great tablet with a some nice features, but a bit pricey.

Apple did say that this is the best iPad, I have to say I agree! great upgrade from iPad Pro 9.7 to 11. The screen looks greats! Very responsive to the Apple Pencil (2nd) generation. Very loud and clear sound. Good: Great screen, size, sound, able to charge your phone with the iPad ( USB C cord sold separately) very nice clear frontal camera ( Better than MacBook Air 2018), Face Bad: no Split keyboard (software), Face ID tends to fail more than I would like to. Overall: Really great, portable and fast! If you don't want a PC or a Mac then this is the right choice.

It's one of the best piece of gadget for investment. I'm a student and this is worth every penny! It has excellent camera, beautiful and smooth display, blazing fast with no lag, multitasking, friendly OS navigation and of course great battery life. I'm a first time apple user and totally blown away by the features. I regret only one thing, of not buying this earlier. 12/10! Highly Recommended!

All good and reliable. Battery still works fine after 6 years. Screen is still bright and responsive.

Beautiful screen, screaming fast, good sound. It is also about the same size as the 9.7 but with 11 inch screen. Also, use USB C and supports fast charging. That is more important then you might realize. The unit has long battery life but knowing you can recharge quickly is pretty cool. It is a little expensive.

Sure there are other tablets out there, but whether you love or hate Apple, they’re really the only game in town when it comes to tablets. And with this one they’ve taking the bar and buried it! The new iPad, from the build quality, to the fluidity of the software, to its performance is an absolute knockout . If you’re coming from anything other than the last gen iPad pros you’ll notice a huge gain in performance, the new A12x processor handles everything easily. Face ID performs flawlessly and these are the first apple products that work in landscape or portrait mode. The new iPads are the first iOS devices to use usb-c and come with a fast charger in the box. This gives you the ability to plug into digital cameras and import photos and videos, external displays and even charge your iPhone from your iPad. This to me is the first tablet that truly blurs the line between tablets and PCs. For some people that doesn’t hold true, but for a large part of the population it does now with these new iPads. There really is no better tablet on the market.

The iPad Pro 11 inch is the perfect example of the future of tech. With a newly redesigned all screen aesthetic that makes it a wonder to look at. It feels much bigger than it actually is. Portability and weight are why I say this is better for non artists than the 12.9 inch model. I highly recommend this if you want the best an iPad can get, and want to pay the price for it.

I’ve had my iPad Pro for a couple of months now and I have zero complaints. I like the new design a lot. It’s fast, the display looks great, Face ID works at all angles, charges quickly with usb-c and works flawlessly with Apple’s keyboard case (additional purchase). The (optional) Apple Pencil also sticks to it magnetically to charge, which is pretty handy.

My wife got this for me at Christmas to replace my old iPad that was 4 years old. Soooo much faster and easier to use, love the Face ID feature! 4 speakers put out awesome sound. Complaints: NO headphone jack, when I plug the headphones in using the adapter I have to unplug and replug each time I shut of the iPad, super annoying!!!
