I HAVENT GOT IT YET AND I ORDERED IT NOV 2!!!!!!!!!

I didn’t realize that it didn’t allow a fingerprint to be used, only facial recognition and it’s disappointing but, I find everything else to be nice. I’d highly recommend buying a good case that can handle a short fall and bumps though because, it’s definitely not cheap and will definitely suffer the fall and a glass screen cover too. It has beautiful screen colors that are bright, crisp and clear. All being considered, I think it’s a good product. Also, I had some specific issues with my delivery that I was concerned about and their delivery service was fantastic about doing exactly what I needed and they even called or texted, I don’t remember exactly, to confirm it with me, which took all of the stress away. It’s much appreciated!

I love my new iPad and pencil. I had such a great experience at the Saginaw, MI store. When I looked on my first visit I had wonderful help from two great employees that were able to give me good information about the iPads I was looking at purchasing. When I returned later, knowing what I wanted, we were helped by Dillon. He was able to answer our questions, helped us to know what we needed to know, and made sure we got the best deal. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Even though we were there for a couple of hours, we left feeling our time was well spent. Dillon made sure we were all set up. I have been delighted with my purchase and feel the whole experience was positive!

I received my order on time as promised and staff answered any questions I had as well as offering suggestions. Gave as Christmas gift and set up was quick and easy. LOVE IT!!! Thank you.
