Traded my older ipad pro in for the new one and have to say i am disappointed. Buyer beware, do not but this product if you need a wide angle lens because it does not come with one! Really dont understand why the manufacturer would sacrifice this feature on a Ipad Pro???

I understand that Best Buy replaces the original Apple plastic wrapping with their own one for the box. However, the iPad’s screen protector had clearly been opened, and there were five large fingerprints left on the screen. This indicates that the device was handled after being unsealed. If that is part of Best Buy’s process, it should not be sold as “new,” since it has already been opened and touched. I would rather purchase a truly new device directly from the Apple official store.

The iPad Pro 11-inch with M5 chip is an absolute powerhouse! I use it for everything from graphic design work to streaming and note-taking, and it handles everything effortlessly. The display is stunning - colors are vibrant, and the 120Hz ProMotion makes scrolling buttery smooth. The M5 chip is incredibly fast, and I can run multiple demanding apps without any lag. Face ID works flawlessly, and the battery life easily gets me through a full day of heavy use. The 11-inch size is perfect for portability while still providing plenty of screen real estate. I paired it with the Magic Keyboard from Best Buy, and now it's basically replaced my laptop for most tasks. The camera quality is surprisingly good for video calls too. Best Buy had great deals and the staff was super helpful in explaining the different storage options. Highly recommend this iPad Pro!

This new M5 chip is unbelievable i couldnt beleive it when i found out it processes games faster than an Xbox One S, with a better frame rate as well. Amazing, fast, reliable good battery life. Only dow side is its fragile, i wouldnt drop it before getting a case.
