    Started off being a great product. After less than a year of use, the tablet has now become less responsive to touch. Sometimes having to touch or rub the screen several times to complete a command. IPads in the past never had this issue. I am certainly having this issue with the most recent model.

    I’m on my 3rd replacement in 6 months. Sadly, I did not buy an extended warranty. Great device. Tons of battery issues. I’ve had to send every device back because the battery straight does after 2 months and can’t be charged.
