Customers value the large screen size and ease of use of the 12.9-Inch iPad Pro (3rd generation). They also appreciate the performance, camera quality, lightweight design, and long battery life. However, some customers find the price to be high and express concerns about the lack of a home button and the limitations of the USB-C port. A few also mention storage capacity as a potential drawback.

I’ve owned all the IPad pro iterations and by far this is one of the best. I enjoyed the 1st and 2nd gens, but this device takes you to another level. The processor is quick and fluid. The ability to keep up with the pencil is a great plus and the screen is great for typing, writing notes and plans. Overall, this a great experience. I’ve not used this device to record and event in 4K, but I used the iPad Pro gen 2 and I’m expecting the same or better results.

I am pleased with the new 12.9 inch IPad Pro. It don't appear as large as the previous models. I had a 9.7 inch pro from 2016. I couldn't do the larger one at that time. This year however I am very happy I have more viewing room but not too much extra bulk. Overall, its just as fast and snappy as most IPad products. I also like what they are doing with the OS. Not to mention I like that the pencil is charged on the side verse plugging it into the bottom.

I absolutely love this iPad, it is super fast and the battery life is the best that I have seen on any tablet or laptop. I haven’t timed it but I definitely get well over 12 hours. I’ll go about a week before charging this and I use it several hours a day. I bought a case on Amazon that looks like the Apple cases on this and a Magic Keyboard and boom, this thing is is ready to go. Not sure what else to say but that this is well worth it and I know that you won’t be disappointed.

12.9-inch is definitely worth it... its the size of a school notebook the extra real-estate helps out so much when compared to the 11-inch. It's fast and the speakers can get very loud to my surprise. The only thing I didn't like is the charging wire (which both ends are C) doesn't come with a usb adapter to charge so i'm forced to use the wall plug adapter that it comes with and plug this into a wall since my mac doesn't have a c input.

The new iPad Pro with A12X is a monster in performance. It even performs better than some of the most recently released MBPs. Along with Apple Pencil 2, it gives me flexibility of drafting ideas and deriving equations without losing any pieces as before. Moreover, now I can share notes electronically with my colleagues without scanning them, so it is definitely a plus. Overall the new iPad pad worth every penny, you won’t regret buying it.

You have to be an Apple fan. If you’re not then you just won’t get it! I use this for graphics and photography. The screen size and resolution is amazing and better than my home computer with a touch pad. Also wanted to portability, I purchased the Brydge keyboard and Apple Pencil to go with and they’re perfect. People constantly compare these to laptops but we’re not there yet. Apple sees this as a separate unit and you should too!

This is my 3rd iPad Pro 12.9 and I must say that it is without a doubt the best so far. I love the Face recognition, IOS 12 is awesome, the speed is absolutely unbelievable. The screen is by far the best iPad screen I have seen yet. The refresh rate is also 120Hz like the last IPad Pro, however, the colors are more vibrant and lifelike. All that said, this iPad is simply put, not worth the money. My 2nd Gen iPad Pro 12.9 performs great, and I still use it. In terms of bang for your buck, the 2nd Gen wins hands down. It is no slouch and in my opinion wins the value award. If Apple could get off of their high horse and realize that the rocketing prices of their products will put them in a precarious position. They are slowly becoming unpopular due the fact that they are unaffordable. Wake up Apple.

I've owned iPads since first gen. This iPad offers a great size for productivity. It's as powerful as many laptops including some MacBooks. However, the biggest issue this iPad has is the limitations imposed by iOS. But unless you're a power user, you'll be fine with this iPad Pro 12.9.

I purchased this iPad Pro when bestbuy is doing Memorial Day sales. It’s 200 cheaper than original price which is a great deal. I love this product and the order was ready 1 hour after I paid online. IPad Pro 12.9 can replace 70% of the functions of my laptop - the only thing this cannot do is programming. Document processing, photo processing, video editing and emails are all very convenient. And I love this smooth system.

The first and second generation 12.9” iPad Pros were too big and heavy for on the go computing. With Apple’s 3rd installment they got things just right. I actually purchased the 11” model, and recently exchanged it for the 12.9” after being able to compare both iPad models side by side. The 12.9” model offers a great amount of screen for document editing and layouts, but the fact that it’s so light is what impressed me off the bat.

The iPad pro 12.9 inch is a wonderful device. Usually, tablets such as iPads of the past have been good for only casual web surfing, games and media consumption only. This iPad is a stepping stone to the next level. It's now capable of signing contracts/documents, taking notes, editing media and the list goes on. Despite the hefty and large price, the new iPads (11" & 12.9) are right up there to compete with laptops and desktops. If I would give some advice of which iPad to buy: If you're just a casual browser who just wants to consume media on the go or at home, play games, online shop, note taking for class etc, and still prefer a physical home button, then save yourself some money and purchase the new iPad air or iPad mini. They will do more than fine and you won't feel too bad about burning a hole in your wallet. If you're planning on doing a lot of work such as media editing, writing essays/notes, future-proofing your tech needs for school/work, then your best bet is getting the latest iPad pro 11" or 12.9". Overall, it's all about the individual consumer and their preferences. Just go to the store, test each version out and make your decision from there. I sold both my iMac and MacBook Pro and made the switch to solely use this iPad Pro as my daily workhorse. Portability, plenty of storage, on the go video streaming when travelling, data transferring with usb-c external drives and editing is seamless. And with the software update for iOS 13 releasing in September, this device will be just as good as using a laptop/desktop.

I was debating between this and a laptop. Was steered into this direction by an associate and glad I made this purchase! Downloaded a program called Procreate and am impressed by all that can be done on this thing. Would highly recommend a screen protector such as PaperLike to help the Apple Pencil feel a little more natural. Happy with my purchase and to see what I can continue to create with this thing!
