    The SD card was missing. Had to make a last minute trip to Verizon 30 minutes away to get one put in. Best buy customer service was totally unapologetic

    I love this tablet -the 12.9 inch all glass screen front is amazing, the speakers are great and the visuals are crystal clear. However, the touch screen interface is not always responsive and often delayed/lagging. I hope that a software upgrade release resolves this issue.
