We love this iPad Pro, but haven’t tried out all the features. NOT happy about the “new plug” for charging. This one doesn’t use the standard Apple plug on the charging cable.....but rather a new USC plug on both ends. Very frustrating that it’s different and new.

This is by far the best iPad I've ever owned. As a tablet I give it a 10, as a laptop replacement I give it an 8, it's very close but it's easier to multitask and work on a laptop. Maybe not bad for a student or for personal, but as a work device I would still recommend a laptop

It would be nice if it came with a paper manual explaining some basic how tos. Some senior citizens need that, including me. My generation helped technical innovation take off. Help us now with the easy to understand printed manual. I ordered a pink one. I was offered an open box black iPad. I really wanted the pink iPad. So I chose to pay more to get a pink one. When I got home I discovered that the clerk handed me a box contains a black IPad. I was too exhausted to drive back to exchange it. I feel like I should a partial refund or gift card for part of the cost that I spent.

I am really liking this computer. It is similar to my iPhone and how it works to close apps facial recognition etc... Glad I decided on the iPad Pro. I'm just your average user and by no means a computer literate or guru. It wasn't hard to set up my phone with this computer either.

I have had no problems in getting started with my iPad Pro. I look forward to all the useful features and the flexibility it offers. I also expect this device to stay useful and relevant for several years to come. Best Buy made the purchase process quick and easy.

My college-bound daughter has mild dyslexia, and the iPad’s voice to text function is amazing. It’s also a great alternative to a laptop. Her interest in art also is accommodated with the iPad’s beautiful functionality as a tablet for drawing and creating.

Just purchased and getting to know all the perks. Love the bright colorful screen, but I do miss the front button to turn on, with my new case I have to searched on the Upper left around upper corner tab to find button. Will have to get use to that or get a different case.

I bought open box geek squad certified and the condition of the device itself was good. The box was a bit damaged but the content was fine. It works perfectly and I’m obsessed with it! It came quickly and didn’t have to wait as long compared to if I were to buy it straight from Apple.

I bought this to replace a smaller Ipad for my visually impaired father. After setting it up in large print, etc... He won't put it down. He now can read books again and follow and investigate news. He facetimes his grandkids now and able to see their faces. Best gift ever for him!!

It’s the most powerful newest tablet Apple has made! It’s faster and the graphics are absolutely beautiful with a new design. It’s definitely magical and great to watch your moves on! It’s definitely a must have and you will be happy you did! I love my new Apple 12-9inch IPad Pro!

Very efficient and dependable iPad. I like the advantage of the payment plan with no interest for 2 years as it gives me cash flow. I ordered this online and picked it up at the store which is just 5 mins. from me and it found it very convineint.

I absolutely love this iPad. I upgraded from a much older iPad, maybe from 2015. This latest model is by far so much more than it use to be. I honestly can use it as a laptop. I recommend getting the Apple Pencil & the keyboard to take full advantage of what it can do.

This has been a great addition to my Mac family. My work computer has locked me out of iCloud so dealing with my photos became a nightmare, so this has allowed me to get back to photo sharing with my family. I feel like I have a live version of all my favorites magazines.

Bought one for our son, and one for our daughter..each for different purposes. The like them. Our son uses his for school purposes, added a keyboard and a pencil b/c he didn’t want a laptop, and my daughter uses it for games & entertainment.

Works flawlessly, excellent display, fast processor and was shipped quicky. We purchased as "deal of the day" so the price was a bargain.

It's an IPAD with size and power. The display is amazing. Multi tasking is easy and the speakers are incredible! I bought the device as a replacement for my wife's old 9.7 IPad... and she just loves it... so much so she no longer uses her Desktop PC...

I'm usually a Samsung user but decided on the Ipad Pro as a drawing device due to some apps that are solely Apple based. It is a beautiful machine and works well for it's intended use. If you do intend of buying it to draw with be aware of any cases you may buy as they can easily block out the pencil's response. If you do want it as a drawing tool it works very well. The colors and sensitivity are all very nice, and it has an easy interface to navigate. It can be a little rough to close down programs if you don't swipe just perfectly, but overall it is a great tool to have!

I never could justify owning a tablet, but this is hardly a table and with the apple pen there is nothing like it. It’s unbelievable. If you plan on using the iPad with the pen 2 to draw and/or keep notes, yeah it’s absolutely incredible. Highly recommended.

Best all around tablet I’ve owned so far. The accessories such as the Apple pen and other things are a bit pricey. Besides that I’d buy it again if I could.

This is like my fourth iPad and I appreciate the improvements with each new release. If I didn’t need a computer for work, the iPad is pretty much all I need and could get by without a laptop just fine for everyday emails and browsing.
