A gift for a friend. Friend was ecstatic to receive this gift because this iPAD replaces an older iPAD that had limited storage and photo/video quality was not nearly as good as this iPAD. Plus, this one's screen is larger but not heavier than old iPAD. This one seems to respond faster than older iPAD.

I love it. As a graphic design student myself I can say that it makes everything 1billion tines easier and better. The pen is pricey buy worth it. I would o ly say that they should atleast add your forst own with the purchases. Rather than that I love it

The sound is really good on this iPad, I was pleasantly surprised! I bought it so that I could use it for music reading, and I’m so happy with the results. I carry this from room to room at home, reading books on it, scanning music to download, you name it. The quality of photos is also really good! Very happy.

The Apple Techs who supported my daughter and I in store were very knowledgeable, nice, and respectful. They knew exactly what we needed and had everything ordered and sent directly to our front door. I would recommend anyone to the Best Buy at the Fountains Mall in El Paso, Texas. Thank you again.

First apple device, so still learning how it works, seems to me too many hand gestures that are not fully explained. Also purchased the latest keyboard to go with it and the cover is like a dirt magnet. Even after wiping it off and setting it down then picking it up it feels dirty. Some of the directions for standard operating functions are wrong! Also purchased the pencil. Some times I have to repeat numerous times touching the screen with it to make it work, some times it just doesn't work. Then have to complete the function with a finger touch. So don't know if this is equipment failure when this happens or am I supposed to know that the pencil doesn't always work. That is frustrating to say the least for a device that is supposed to be the latest and greatest. And then there's this pencil very loosely held on to the edge of the device with a magnet. Has fallen off twice while carrying it. No security there when not in use. Only a matter of time before it falls off and will be lost for good. I can see Apple will be selling a lot of replacements here. And where is the calculator that should be on the desk top! At this time still not fully acclimated to the Apple device, format or operations of this device, so as I go along I assume there will be more problems and hurtles to over come. Apple should hire me and ppl. like me to road test these devices before passing them out to the public. So for as long as Apple has been in the business these problems should not even exist. What an over site. I am done for the moment on my opinion. Shure there will be more problems as I learn more about this device.

I love this iPad. I mainly purchased it to use for taking notes for school and I will never take notes on paper again. Only complain I have is that if you don’t have a case, when you lay it flat the camera on the back offsets the ipad, but you can fix this issue with a shell to buy for the iPad itself.

It was a huge leap for me to give up the idea of a MacBook with a hard drive for an IMac Pro, but it was well worth it, and meeting my new home office needs. I got the magic keyboard as well, and that’s what truly made it into a laptop for me.

The service person was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The phone/email alert system needs some fine tuning. I received a cancellation message AFTER the scheduled time and then had to wait another week with NO explanation. Both days missed work. Not a good deal!
