Great product as u would expect from apple and best buy

Large screen that's excellent however there are some downsides - syncing with an Macbook pro that even Apple tech services is not able to solve! This was a purchase for my wife and I'm happy to stick with Windows for my needs!

I use a lot of apple products and if you are familiar with apple products you can definitely maneuver this device. I was told this is pretty close to a laptop and I semi agree it’s mainly a tablet that you can write in with a pencil you have to purchase separately.

Great purchase only thing I would add is cellular.

The item is very expensive but does not allow to download basic software. I thought they have inbuilt apps or easily allow to download. I will visit the store again to discuss on how to get the software.

While I like the iPad, the battery life is close to nothing. I took a zoom meeting on it while it was plugged in and the battery STILL died.

My 1st gen iPad Pro 12.9 suffered some light damage causing the digitizer to mildly act up so decided would finally upgrade to the latest 12.9". I've tried and tried to bond with this iPad but cannot and find myself constantly using the iPad I set out to replace. As a musician, this has been painful experience and tired of fighting with it *No audio jack without a dongle which is a bummer but Apple sells one. Unfortunately it is so unbelievably flimsy it could never be used beyond light personal *Bluetooth/Airplay is so laggy using any of the popular music apps that you are basically forced to use the dongle. Neither solution is reliable enough of any type of live use *Using portrait mode to practice with sheet music there is no way to use it on a music stand as you are either blocking the usbc port needed to add an audio jack or resting it on its power button praying it doesn't shutoff because the weight is enough and it will *There is no button to close apps so try moving between them so when you have a live mixer on the screen it's a failure. Trying to be as careful as possible but I've blasted myself out a number of times accidently moving mixer controls trying to switch apps

Battery died immediately after the first charge don’t recommend

Overall this model fails to meet the quality of my older iPad Pro. The speaker quality is poor in the new model.

It’s just to darn heavy combined with its large size contribute to unwieldiness carrying and overall use.

I love the iPad but when I went to purchase it, I was told if I opened up a Best Buy account I would get my purchase for 10%off. Due to me buying open box I did not get the discount. I don’t need another credit card! I could have got 5% back from my bank and would have much rather have done my purchase that way.

Will not buy again. Camera is not positioned corrected and you have to continously look to the left and when doing so you're unable to multi-task.

My iPad stop charging 7 days after getting it and now the process to get it replaced is to long

It’s great, I’m an illustrator and this is more than enough for the whole job! It’s my favorite device

I absolutely love this iPad! Best investment ever especially for note taking in school if you’re not big on carry a laptop.
