Lightning cord and charger change

The customer service was outstanding. Did so much better than my normal Tucson location I normally deal with. The product is amazing however it is a little bigger than my former IPad, the charging cord change was an unwelcome surprise. USB-C with a three foot cord. Went and picked up a six foot cord. Plug is higher wattage requirement so makes former chargers obsolete.

As much as it costs you shouldn’t have to buy accessories. The larger screen is nice for streaming movies though.

It's an ipad

It's all just the same. My mom's original iPad craped out and she wanted to replace it. This is whatbshe is used to and did not wish to change or learn anything else.
