This is my first iPad and I am extremely happy with the purchase. I was unable to buy it at the store so the salesperson told me to contact Apple directly as he didn't know how to order one; I ended up coming home and purchased on the Best Buy website and that worked out fine. This replaces my old Mac Air and it is extremely easy to use. I also purchased the key pad cover for it.

Love this tablet, if I was to sit here and tell you everything I love about it I would be here for days. One thing I have to say, you can go wrong with Apple, the functionality, ease and smooth transition from program to program and even the use of it is so smooth I just don’t know how else to say this is a device that has been put together so meticulously it’s worth it.

I replace an iPad Air , I like the side of this one and I noticed how fast it is.

I had purchased the Apple 12.9 inch iPad Pro (4th Generation) with Wi-Fi + Cellular to replace my iPad Pro (2nd Generation). In all honesty, the feature set is great but I don't like how the home button (present on the 2nd generation) is no longer available and it's either face ID or some code to access the device. Overall, it's a good product nonetheless!

Very enjoyable to use. Easy to see and love the colors and the size of the letters and numbers. So easy tom play games with it. I have had it only for about 3 months. Although, I have had a problem of transferring one game to it.

Great Tablet light weight and extremely fast A lot of useful features

Purchased this iPad for my friend who needs a bigger screen & great clarity on her iPad. She reads her newspapers on this device & uses it to Google subjects she is interested in. Uses to read her e mail & to respond to them. Perfect device for her needs. Expensive but worth the money. Also received a good Best Buy Trade In, gift card, to apply to the purchase of the new one!

The good: Ipad has come a long way, and the pro series, along with the new air, are excellent options for cloud application use. Bright and very clear screen makes it easy to work with remote desktop applications while leaving your bulky laptop home. A fast CPU comparable with most laptops but better battery live and faster charge. The Bad: I had the iPad 11 in pro 2018, and sold it to get a new one and while at it why not a bigger right? - Well the battery last half of what it did on the 11 in pro. I have to keep charging it during the day. I am a heavy remote desktop user and that is what I experienced. If you enable Cell connection 1. It will last 1/4 of the normal time. 2. It will get HOT, and not in the good way.

This thing is amazing.its very easy to carry and does everything a computer does.

This is my favorite IPAD! A real break through. Camera and screen is amazing!

Very nice IPad, I bring it everywhere with me. If you want it to run with a line, make sure you request fir the one you can add a line to otherwise you will likely get the wifi only device Most store carry. I had to change it too and a very nice lady at Best Buy made it very easy for me. Very nice investment! I am happy with my iPad!

great i pad love the size camera is amazing a must have

I've never had an iPad before so this is all new to me. Having said that, I love this iPad! It's easy to "set up". It's easy to load apps. I love the face recognition app! It makes it so easy for you to "get into" your iPad. Battery life is nice and long. That's great if you plan to spend a lot of time on this iPad as I do.

great I pad but when u add the magic keyboard and case screen protector and all it reaches 1800-2000 at the end its I pad i dont own laptop so returmed it amd got macbook pro but if you own a laptop and want the best tablet on ios wit money being no issue look no further

I had been wanting to upgrade my original iPad pro to a newer model. When these came out I knew I had to have one and I am so very happy I did. I can basically do everything I need to for work directly on this so I dont have to lug around my laptop. If you partner it with the keyboard and pencil you'll have an amazing versatile system.

Yes, it says 12.9-inch....but it feels larger than that!...this thing is H.U.G.E Best way to sum this thing up...Laptop substitute! (P.S - <if you role with Apple products> Definitely go with the WiFi + Cellular model to make for the most portable, functional, and conveient non-professional use laptop you've ever had).
