I have to say the shortage of mini iPads here in NYC, it convinced me to move forward with this baby. This is my 1st tablet since my Fire (which I hated…) and I’m happy to say it’s also covering for my 10 yr old Mac Air that just died. I’m 100%.

As of right now it has only been a couple months and my only complaint is the battery life I use it for gaming and it dies pretty fast and I am not the type to play while is plugged in so it would be nice to have better battery life….

I love my iPad. I spend hours on it every day doing classwork and intend to use it for work after I get done with my classes. It is exactly what I need and so easy to use. Love it better than my computer.

Great new iPad. Was assisted by Ronald and he was able to answer all my questions. He also pointed out the advantages of the Apple pen with use of the Notes Plus app. Also encouraged me to take Apple Care warranty. Great in store experience and product.

Had to purchase a new IPad because the mother board went out on the one I purchased two years ago. The Geek Squad and the young man that assisted me were all very kind and helpful. I hope this one lasts longer than the last one.

Good one, Kids loved it The most powerful iPad that's right but its limited with IPAD IOS. Really enjoying this ipad.

My first iPad. So happy! Never thought I really needed one but the browser is best for streaming news when other browsers freeze every 5-10 minutes. Apple. Just. Works. Was $100 less on sale in store so that covers the pencil cost!

This 12.9-Inch Apple iPad Pro with Wi-Fi and a 256GB Hard Drive space replaces my old Hewlett Paccard laptop and does even more stuff. The optional keyboard works with it perfectly. I do not even need a new laptop.

This one for me was a dream come true! I wanted this iPad ever since it came out and now that I have it I cannot let go. It's almost a laptop (or better) with the Magic Keyboard. It was worth the waiting. Will buy it again in a heart beat.

I have been holding off--for no particular reason--and glad I did. The new iPads with the M1 chip and new graphics are really amazing. I looked pretty hard for a used or open box one but this time of year, it's tough to find what you want.

I was contemplating between the iPad Pro and a MacBook Pro. I am happy to have chosen the iPad Pro. I paired it with a magic keyboard and became a versatile “laptop”. Weight is slightly lighter than a 16” MacBook Pro

Product is great. Contacting BB anymore is a total disappointment. Getting through prompts, waiting & more waiting. IF you get a live person they are fine but the process is a turn off. I believe BB can do better & it will pay off.

I was very satisfied with my experience purchasing my new IPAD. The young man, Jimmy, who helped me in the store went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied.. my experience was totally great. Thank you Best Buy, Thank You, Jimmy!!!!

I personally don’t see much change in the iPads over the years especially for the increase in price. Overall good to have for on the go

love this new version ipad ...for what i use it for it works for me...i know there is a lot to learn on all it can do and some day i may learn it all but right now it works for my needs

This iPad Pro is awesome, movie look amazing and the pen integration is clutch. Super happy with everything this products delivers. The integration of the lidar sensor make scanning things easy and opens up a whole new world of opportunities.

It’s pricey but i love my iPad Pro. I use it for work- love the split screen. Purchased the Smart Keyboard and together its a laptop really. Love it. Lots of GB space for storing all my info needed.

Pictures are excellent. Resolution really great. Can’t wait to try out on some old photos. This was my main concern. As far as everything else, haven’t got a chance to play with it yet

My experience on my latest purchase was very good. I purchased in store. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and the item I wanted was in stock. The check out process was quick and I was able to use my reward points.
