I'm a musician and I use my IPad Pro 12.9 for charts and lyrics for the tunes we perform. The display is great and works well with the lyric app we use.

Synced up easily with the iPhone we had. Works great. No issues at all. Just wish the battery lasted as long as the iPhone but I get that the size of the screen will impact the drainage.

Not the greatest. Rather disappointed in performance.

Excellent product. One thing to keep in mind is that this is huge compared to other iPads. So I would recommend to try this at a local store before buying. this size may not be comfortable for everyone.

Invisible Shield Glass protector for iPhone 11. The Best Buy associate was very helpful and skilled installing the shield on my new iPhone 11. Definitely worth the added expense to protect the iPhone.

Awesome ipad , one of the best ipads i have purchased my kid loves to draw on it ,very handy to keep them busy and do homework or business on it .

I am so happy with my new iPad. I bought the 12.9 inch, 256GB space Gray version. I ordered online and it arrived in a few days and pick up was so easy. Love my new iPad, love Best Buy!

I'm loving my new iPad. The iPad is new to me and is taking some getting used but has so many more features than my old tablet had. I wish it came with a longer USB-C charging cord.

Buying Apple products is pretty much the same product, same price everywhere. We picked Best Buy because its simpler to track this purchase as part of the other technology we purchase and we like the friendly sales team. This tends to make buying quick and relatively effortless. We also find working through Best Buy Total Tech Support works better than dealing with the Post COVID Apple team if a problem arises.

Purchased the IPad for school and I’m not disappointed. I’m not a big fan of my MacBook Pro, but the iPad with the keyboard and pen are lifesavers. 10/10 for sure.

I was surprised not able to connect to I phone easily

Purchased this for my daughter in college. She says it is great to take notes durning class. Transfers to electronic documents to easily store and update. A lifesaver for her college classes.

Had a little bit of a problem getting all my apps to load after doing a side-by-side startup with my old iPad. Seems it logged into my home network via the old iPad and those apps didn’t like that. I went back to Best Buy the next day and asked at the Geek Squad counter if they knew what was going on. A very nice gentleman helped me quickly figure it out in spite of the fact I didn’t have a Geek Squad appointment. Thank you Best Buy!

I enjoy using this tablet I like the screen size of the tablet. I love it

More tablet than I need, but works great for everything. Sort of my do-everything productivity device. Pencil input has been great for reviewing / marking up docs, etc. (I’m a lawyer).

Process using the web site was clear and simple to use. Products were shipped promply and arrived on scheduled date. These items were for my granddaughter and she is thrilled.

Love my new I pad. Love the larger screen size and clarity of the screen view.

iPad is nice, it doesn’t work exactly the same as other devices regarding matrix mode in planning center as you can’t drag items from one day to another. Service was excellent.

This thing is amazing people are heating seeing it as well blooming barely noticeable if your screen is pitch black besides that this thing is superfast super crisp in the display is amazing

Heavier than I anticipated, but the speakers are amazing. Good solid apple product
