    My husband loved it, his Xmas present but when he opened it (completely sealed) it did have thumb prints on the screen. I bought a new product not an open box product.

    It is a good ipad and my parents like it and use it a lot. The only downside is my battery is pretty weak, which only last two hours for typical use. I returned it by the end.
