I love my new iPad Pro ! The screen resolution and speed are amazing ! The 12.9 inch screen is much nicer than the smaller iPads. The only downside to the larger model is the weight, it is a little heavy.

It’s an outstanding machine. Heavier than I would like but it does everything needed of a computer. Quality is top rate and the screen is phenomenal. Playing games on it is incredible.

This i-pad is terrific! Great screen display. Love the drawing capabilities on this i-pad. The camera is awesome too! Long lasting battery!

The iPad Pro has a wonderful screen and has awesome power. I just wish the software was optimized for the M1 processor. Hopefully Apple addresses this but overall an amazing device.

Amazing! I love how useful it is for meetings and when sharing more visual ideas anywhere. It’s the perfect combination of what you can do in your laptop and your phone. Great for all creative fields!!

Purchased this to have a larger viewing area and it works great! Got the 256mg in order to have enough room for next 5 years……..hopefully……..

I love my refurbished iPad Air (2022)! I purchased the 12.9” Pro online and it was delivered on the second day. I found it to be a bit unwieldy but I still wanted the speed the M1 chip offered. I went to the Dadeland store and Reynaldo helped me decide on the 10.9” Air. He brought to my attention that they had an open-box available and it could still use Apple Care (mint condition). Then he spoke to his supervisor and got me a few more dollars off my final purchase price. Didn’t have to wait in a returns line, he took care of the exchange and I was out of there in a half hour! Service above and beyond!!

Absolutely love it. The iPad is great, as advertised. However, I am infuriated with APPLE because I spent nearly $1200.00 and found that the charging cable was way too short for a product at that price or any price for that matter. I can’t even sit in my chair snd plug it into the wall outlet. It cost me another $40.00 to buy a 2 meter (6.60th) cable. APPLE should be ashamed of doing that. This is my third iPad and I have also bought two IPhones the last few years. I also purchased four other IPads previously for my family. The short cable was a huge disappointment considering it came with a top notch 12.9 iPad Pro with the M1 processor and 256 gig of storage.

Great product! I’m coming from a very old IPad so this is lightning quick compared to what I had previously. For me it’s easy to use and has great performance

It fine. I like that it’s bigger but it takes getting used to The camera is much better than my old one. I was a little surprised the battery doesn’t last longer I just use basic apps including a word game and the battery seems to drain pretty fast. Not sure if it’s worth the price jump but I own it now so that’s that

I have had this iPad for over a year now, and I have had zero problems with it. I am in a masters program and it is so nice to have a reliable piece of equipment to complete all of my work.

You know all about the iPad pros so I’ll talk a little bit about the size. I upgraded from a 2020 11 inch iPad Pro to this M1 12.9 inch. At first the size was daunting…I thought maybe I had made a mistake. Once I spent a few days with it, I could never go back to the 11 inch. Yes it’s heavier, but not that much, and easily portable. The extra real estate makes a big difference from a productivity standpoint, I have two apps open together much of the time, and websites benefit from the expanded size. Glad I took a chance on this.

Best iPad yet, hands down. The screen is amazing; bright and clear and the colors really pop. And with the M1 processor, it is very fast. Apps load in half the time they did on my iPad Pro 2018.

Prompt delivery and fulfillment of the item meant I had it in hand much faster. As usual for an Apple device, build quality is superior and it is easy to use

I like the new IPad Pro 256 GB. It is very easy to navigate around and it is very fast. I also love the magic keyboard. It gives me the feeling of a laptop.

Excellent excellent product. But we expect that from Apple. It's beautiful! It's huge! It's easy to handle! Highly recommend the iPad Pro 5th gen.
