I purchased a refurbished unit from Best Buy and I wouldn’t have known if it didn’t have the open box sticker. It was basically new, and functions like a new iPad Pro. It’s fast and works well. My family loves it :)

The IPad Pro is a great device. It is fairly easy to use and navigate although I would hesitate to use the word simple as it does take some time to become fully proficient with its high degree of functionality of which I am still not versed. The only thing that prevents me from giving this device five stars is the sticking lack of a headphone port. I purchased the apple Lightning adapter and attached my headphone to it and tried to plug it in and it won’t fit to my great dismay. I will be requesting assistance to rectify this issue.

Great purchase. Big screen. Otterbox case is compatible with my Apple Pencil. Came with fast charging wire AND wallpiece. Fast, portable, and clear. Good enough to handle 1440p HD videos. And also durable. All around great piece of equipment and versatile.

The fact that this iPad has the same screen size as the first pro while being a bit smaller is pretty awesome, although I do miss the button it’s not that big of a deal to get used to not having it. All around nice iPad, great for art.

Takes a bit of time to get used to not having a button but I was able to Google a few of my questions and had satisfactory responses. Geek squad helped with a few inquiries as well. Love the larger size compared to my old iPad. Great picture.

Love our new iPad Pro. All of my info from phone and Mac transferred over easily and that is quite the task since I am not tech savvy. Highly recommend for people who are on the go and need a good size screen.

Great picture quality. Was seamless to upload my files from the cloud. The typewriter keyboard holds tight to the iPad even if dropped. The bigger screen is great for crossword puzzles and sharing a movie.

I’m happy with my purchase. I got this IPad about 1 week ago and I’m planing to use it with apps for painting projects. I purchased the pencil and the magic keyboard too so I’m sure I’ll be enjoying de use of this beautiful and powerful Ipad.

It’s the best iPad I have ever bought. I can do everything that I need to do with class work, real estate and van more. It has a lot of storage to handle what I need it to do. I would recommend anyone to purchase this product.

Best Apple product I own. The magic keyboard is a MUST with the new iPad Pro. It's also advisable to get the Apple Pencil 2. Between those you don't ever have to touch the screen. The Center Stage feature on FaceTime is a wonderful new addition. TOO COOL!

Replacement for the regular iPad. Love the size but it’s a lot heavier then expected.

I Love my new IPad Pro! The battery life last me all day , the picture clarity is outstanding and after watching the “tips” I’m amazed at all the new features I’m discovering. I traded in my iPad I had for 6 years, so happy I updated!

This is a great purchase for any person using it for productivity purposes. 256gb is the right amount especially for use as a daily laptop. Don’t buy the magic keyboard if you want to save money, there are plenty of better alternatives

Recently had the 10.2 iPad. It died. Got the only one they had in stock, and I’m pleased with it. Performance is faster, graphics are clear; perfect for the applications I need to use it for. It also doesn’t hurt it was on sale too.

The M1 chip is an absolute powerhouse and a game changer for an already incredible line of tablets. The display is exceptional especially when watching 4K HDR content. Not exactly a laptop replacement but it’s the next best thing. Amazing tablet.

I use this for online calls and remote gaming. It looks almost as gorgeous as my oled and handles calls like a champ and has battery life left when im done. Couldnt ask for a better machine!

If we're gonna make America great again we must 1st make iPadOS great for the 1st time. And please reposition the front facing camera, hard to look engaged in a video conference when your camera is down and to the left. Despite my critiques this device is still amazing. The display is best in tablet world in my opinion. iPad Pro is nearly ready to replace the laptop permanently.

This iPad is amazing. It replaced one that was 10 years old. It is fast but the most incredible part is the quality of the images. You will not regret this purchase! I got the Smart Keyboard and the pencil and couldn’t be happier.

I was a little frustrated the first couple of day's. It took a long time to get all of the information transferred through the cloud. But I love it now. I bought the extra memory for all the photos I will be taking with the new phone.

I’ve owned several iPads in the past. My previous one was an 11 inch iPad Pro. Decided to go to a larger display. And I have been pleased with it so far. And I do like the second generation pin since it charges just by being held against the pad itself.
