    We opened the box and immediately caught scratches around that perimeter of the rim of ipad. We didn't remove the ipad or is protective wrap from the box. It was a factory damage from apple itself. No fault of best buy. We speculate it have been one in a thousand or so to have factory damages. Anyway we returned this and ordered a replacement. The space gray color is pretty cool.
