Great, but potential left untapped!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With M1 inside, this is the most powerful tablet on the market today (hardware wise). It will last you many years, thanks to Apple's long support cycles for their products, with regular security and OS updates. It can be a primary computer for many folks, but for power users, Apple still needs to unleash the operating system and applications to really tap into the hardware power and all M1 is capable of! Power users may want to hold off until Apple does this. Everyone else, you may not even need M1 yet, and may do find with 2018 iPad Pro. But if you need something today and want to use it for years without upgrading, then this M1 version is great. Don't buy more storage than you need (you are charged a premium for it) but also don't buy too little for your device to be useful.

Best Tablet You Can Buy
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best tablet money can buy. The 12.9 inch ipad pro is portable and powerful. I use it for work when I need to take notes on the go or sit in on team meetings. The front facing camera and center stage makes Team meetings easy to use and professional looking. The screen resolution and size makes seeing screen shared content easy. iOS integration means I can take calls or send texts without having to pick up my phone. At home I mostly use my ipad for content consumption and creation. Hulu and Netflix shows look great on the pro-res screen and the powerful m1 chip makes programs like lumafusion run smooth. iPadOS updates make multitasking more intuitive than before, quickly snapping up multiple programs or multiple instances of the same program if needed. Also, with thunderbolt support on the USB-C port, you can connect hubs that allow you to read flash drives, SD cards, connect over ethernet, mice, keyboards, and even monitors. USB-C also reduces the complexity of how many charging cables you need to keep around.

Fantastic Tablet
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great tablet. The M1 chip is lightning fast. I also have the 11 inch and love that one as well. The larger screen on the 12.9 model, feels a bit heavier and a bit harder to take on the go, but once you turn it on, you won’t regret the decision. I have a Magic Keyboard, and it makes it a perfect Apple machine.

Great tablet but too much power not much use
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works as expected. The M1 chip got more power then you can actually ever use with the iPad OS. It sucks that apple doesn't just load MacOS on these devices. The display is the only major downside. You can find much better OLED screens on android tablets for half the price.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Updated my wife's old iPad to this bigger brighter screen and she loves it! The ease of setting this up is unbelievable. Battery life superseded my expectations. My usage gets me about a whole day of use before needing a charge. Make sure to grab a case that'll protect your investment!

Benefit is worth the Cost!
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my IPad. I use it everyday. The large screen makes it easy to do school work, use for leisure and do research it’s thick and sturdy but will still break if there’s more a case. I’ve bought two of these because and have convicted three other family members to get as well. Storage capacity is great.

Very nice
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the display. Size is a little large, but I've been planning to use this for illustrations. The difference in how the adobe software works between the iPad with pencil versus the computer has been difficult to adjust to. I supposed I'll get there. The ability to move from room to room is very appealing. It has a lot of promise.

Great Tablet with Cinematic Sound!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this device mostly to check email and watch YouTube videos just before going to sleep. Let me tell you, the first time I listened to a YouTube video I was BLOWN AWAY. I have NEVER heard sound this cinematic on a tablet before. I also enjoy Apple's Reminders and Calendar apps, in addition to the simple email app design. Before I purchased this tablet, I had a Windows Surface Pro that I also purchased from Best Buy. I only had it for a few weeks before I grew tired of it. I like that this tablet 'props up' the monitor so it's closer to eye level than the Surface Pro. I like that this tablet has cinematic sound. It would have been nice if this were a standalone tablet / PC like the Surface Pro 7 is, but I can still save things on Dropbox, OneDrive or iCloud and access files across all my other devices, so it's not a major loss. As for blooming? I watch this thing in bed all the time. Never have I seen blooming. People talking about it are either A.) making it up. or B.) blowing it out of proportion. Again, NEVER have I seen blooming. Two words: Get it!

Ipad Pro for artists!!! Yes, yes indeed.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this ipad pro! In an artist, and in an attempt to save a buck i purchased an ipad 9.7 a few years back and an apple pencil (1st gen pencil). It was a mistake. IF ...you are looking to get an ipad with intentions of using it creatively to make art. The ipad pro HANDS DOWN is the way to go and worth the price tag. While a few years had passed and texhbology of course advanced, the difference in responsiveness from the ipad pro and the apple pencil 2, was night and day different from my 9.7 and 1st gen pencil! And take it from me the 9.7 inch is FAR TOO SMALL to even try to draw in. My hand basically took up the entire screen. Not the case at all with the 12.9 inch pro. I thought i was just one of those who just couldnt get a handle on "digital sketching" etc. No. It was the size of the ipad. Yhe 12.9 inch pro with the pencil and a paperlike screen protector. I am sketching and creating so easily as if on regular paper. The decision to make the jump to the pro was solidified by attaining a tattoo apprenticeship. Worth it!

Bigger Better Screens
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best iPad available. Love the screen size. I will never go smaller now. Although I don’t find it to be a complete replacement for a compler. It’s definitely worth it for streaming. I mainly use when traveling or wanting to watch or listen to movies/books/shows on the go.

Great iPad
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned three iPads in the past and I can say this is the best one ever. It is quick and responsive to touch and it does everything I need it to do like play games, watch movies, and do work on. The thing that impresses me the most is the screen. It is beautiful to look it and I noticed instantly when playing games and watching movies.

Apple 12.9
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to use I had no problem transferring from my old IPAD. Faster when changing APPS.Color is sharper. Battery last longer. Bigger screen is great. It weighs a bit more that is minor. You can use a flash drive if you have external keyboard it is an extra cost I find it was worth it the price
