Love the large screen. Also takes great pictures..

I was taking some online training classes and needed to use notetaking tools. My second generation iPad Pro started quitting my main notetaking app and I could barely revive the tablet from freezing. I scrambled for a solution and Best Buy just happened to be having a one day flash sale the same week that I was shopping. This January their sales have been really outstanding, so I ended up ordering an open box in excellent condition and that is exactly what I got. I am absolutely blown away by the quality of this product and how much more efficient my note-taking and at home productivity are. This could almost replace my laptop except I do too much in the technology industry to ever live without one. With that being said, this is the most insanely powerful tablet I have ever used and I saved literally hundreds of the normal price thanks to Best Buy. Their open box deals are the best and include all the original packaging, directions and charging equipment. Best Buy is always a winner for me.

Outstanding product and performance. Bought as a gift for my son in law to use for his musical affinity and recording. Within hours he could only be found getting it ready and continues to find ways to expand his already gifted talent.

I love this thing! I thought it might be too big for me but I am glad I went with this size after all it’s so amazing to use with the pencil. Gorgeous display, nice response, good sound and overall amazing!!!!

This is the best iPad I have ever owned. Although it can be a bit laggy at times (all Apple products are) it certainly holds up when playing the Apple Arcade games available.

here is a new model coming out in February, but I couldn't wait. This IPad does everting I want and more. It has good battery life and stays cool to the touch after many hours of use,

I have an iPhone, though tablet would be similar. Not. Bought a SD card reader, it doesn’t work. Tech people would not diagnose over phone, saying that I needed to bring into Best Buy. Was able to transfer pictures but have to do a 4 click to look at them, not just 1 click. So far unable to transfer any documents. Unable to find a window’s type file manager. Unable to transfer any document files from windows 10 laptop. Tried to transfer files using Bluetooth, would only transfer 1 file at a time (have several thousand). Windows 10, not able to update and SD card reader isn’t functioning correctly is the reason for the new tablet. As to the functionality with the problems have not used it very much.

I've used iPads for years, but hadn't updated for awhile. This iPad Pro resolves all the issues I had with my older device, and it's a breeze to use. It's now my constant companion!

So far so good. I love my new tablet. Especially the way the apple pencil charges. The battery is also considerably better than my older tablet.
