    My child was in tears when he found out (before Christmas) This pad has super memory and the drawing capabilities are Studio Ghibli worthy. He sleeps with it and never lets it out of his sight.

    Open box item arrived without charger & cable inside. I called and asked if they’d send me a cable and charger and I was told I’d have to again return the entire device and order another iPad again. I was not happy with this answer. It was taped shut with tape which read “inspected by BestBuy!” Not very well I’d say.

    As for the Ipad, I have no complaints, it bothers me that even though I paid an extra 25 dollars to be delivered in one day, I arrived three days later and it has been impossible for them to return them to me. I have already spoken 3 times with customer service and none of them solve anything.

    Have no issue with product. Really concerned with reversal of tax exempt for Federal Government. The Federal Government is tax exempt in every State across the entire US. Might need to verify your validation of US Federal Government Certification.

    Screen size is the biggest plus! The 16 gigs of ram makes this iPad run very smooth with no lagging. The picture quality is fantastic.
