    I bought an iPad Pro from the spring valley Best Buy store and have had little problems with since day one so I made an appointment with the geek squad and was a little early but was told that I did not have an appointment which i showed them on my phone that I did and they said sorry you will have to make another one so I asked for the store manager and they would not talk to me so I asked them to replace it and they said no because it is an Apple product so I said ok but will never shop with them again.
