    It's way too big for me. It's like carrying a small TV around there's nothing special about it. Nothing more than my air iPad except this one cost a whole lot more money! I don't use it to watch movies. That's why I have TVs in my house. it probably would've cost less to get my other iPad fixed because it stopped charging after an update!! Uggh I haven't had it long enough to comment on battery durability or display!

    I purchased this because my 2016 9.7 in iPad was loosing battery power. It’s ok but I am not liking the Face ID.I am not a gamer so the speed and resolution are not impressing me.

    It was same day and came a week later. And the shipping box was open and the iPad Pro box was destroyed. And the box was not sealed. Was not happy about that at all.

    Battery drains pretty fast. Apple doesn't even know why. In a spam of 20 minutes, battery drained 5%. Apple stated to exchange it as their diagnostic shows that the battery is good.

    I was terribly disappointed when I received the iPad in the mail. It did not come in original package nor with original parts as stated. It took 10 times of reaching out to Best Buy for them to fix anything, and even at that, I left empty handed with no help from them for over three weeks. I will no longer be a customer of Best Buy after receiving such poor help from them and their product listed. I have taken my business elsewhere to purchase the iPad.
