The iPad we ordered was defective and Best buy didn't compensate us for our trouble or time

Overpriced. You can get a better device with less.

This model is not ready for prime time. After a week, the system died three times, totally black. The reboot process is really hoakie, requiring three buttons to be pushed in a set sequence. Makes me wonder if Apple knew this was an issue. After reading other reviews, this seems like a standard problem. As a side note DO NOT buy the Geek Squad Protection. After charging me $216 for a year support, they refunded only $108 for the one week!

iPad is beautiful and clear. Had to get use to the different way to go from page to page. The iPad moves very smoothly and seems to work well. I am still learning how to use this tablet. I will continue to learn more about this tablet.

Not satisfied with my purchase. This is expensive, keyboard and pen as well.

I use my iPad Pro for work with the magic keyboard, and it is the perfect tool. Flexible, light, and easy to use! The apple pencil helps me also use this like I would a notebook with paper.

It feels incredibly quick, the M2 chip means that the tablet is always fast and responsive. If you pair it with the Pencil and Folio Keyboard, it's a great clipboard/web browsing/homework/drawing device, and the amazing display and size makes it a good device for movies and videos, and for showing off photos. Unfortunately, it has a lot going against it. It has an M2 chip, the same hardware that's in a Macbook/Mac Mini. Why is it being held back with an iPhone-like OS? It doesn't have true multitasking, despite it being trivial to do with how powerful the tablet is. Although the size is great for media, it's an awkward shape to hold it in. It's too heavy to lift from the edges, and too large to put your arm underneath without it tiring you out after a few minutes. I'm happy with my device so I'll be keeping it, but 99% of people will be a lot happier with the 11 inch model.

It’s the same as last year and it’s limited. The M2 chip is great but Apple is limiting the function of the chip.
