  • USB-C port failed for many people. Don’t buy

    iPad Pro 12.9s are plagued with issues. I take really good care of these and the only reliable one is the first generation that is still working and looks like new. Generation 2, the screen would start freezing and then unfreeze, Apple replaced it under warranty, the replacement one stopped responding 100% to touch right after the warranty. I saw lots of complaints online so decided to skip generation 3. I bought a generation 4, one for me and one for my wife. We both take great care of them, hers wasn’t being used for over a year, then she found a coloring program and started using it. One month later and out of warranty the USB-C charging stopped working. Tried multiple chargers and cables all work on mine, but not on hers. Looked it up online and lot’s of posts about these ports easily failing. USB-C has never failed me on any other device even those that are used more often. Apple is just going down hill with each release.
