So far so good. Does what it was purchased for. Upgraded from 2019 model but not the pro and so far way bigger, noticeable speed increases and the Magic Keyboard is better than my last aftermarket one.

Great product at great price. I bought the iPad Pro because of the size and processing speed. I really like having the large display 12.9' I also bought the 2nd gen pencil that works really well with this iPad.

This iPad Pro is everything I could have asked for. Apple really did a great with this and the service at Best Buy was the best! The display, sound, and battery life are all a giant upgrade from my Gen 2 iPad Pro.

Went to Best Buy to trade in old iPad and purchased a new one. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we wanted. She began by asking us which one we preferred and then checked for availability. The one we wanted was out of stock but we purchased the next one down in total GB. So it wasn’t an issue. Always want larger storage space but what we purchased was great. Associate was extremely helpful with all our accessories that we needed. She walked us up front and made sure they took care of us at register. Only issue was with associate at register that grabbed our pencil grabbed the wrong on and we had to exchange it the next day. iPad works great love it. Easy to set up and download from iCloud to get all our info from our old iPad to the new iPad

My husband is having fun with his gift. It's easy to use and shares certain apps with his phone as it is the Wi-Fi Model. The battery life is way much greater than his old PC laptop. It's much easier to read News+ magazines, articles and books than on his iPhone.

Great piece of hand held portable computer! So much capability and functionality. Awesome screen and so responsive. Perfect when matched with apple pencil and Magic Keyboard. The only downside is the lack of portrait camera which is needed during video calls/conferences. All in all it a great experience using this device!!

Bought this iPad for my wife to replace her 2 gen iPad Pro. So far working flawlessly. Wifey uses it for writing and Zoom meetings with her writing group. Battery is holding up very well. Integrated easily with her Mac and iPhone.

Great! Love the screen size and all that I can accomplish with the ipad. Just like a lap top but better! Lighter in weight! Easy to use and carry everywhere!

This is a great iPad! It’s the largest size they make, which is what I wanted to try after having a 10 inch. There are some differences from my last one which is now almost 6 years old. With the improvements are a big plus for buying this one. The only negative that I have encountered so far is the battery seems to drain More quickly. I’m not sure if it has to do with the apps on it that are loaded or if it’s a software issue. It may be something that is being worked on, as I have read other customer comments about this issue as well. I would hope that Apple would be able to provide some information to its customers may be always needed is an update. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with the purchase and would highly recommend!

My daughter got me this for Christmas. I totally love it. A bit much for me to navigate. It’s very light and doesn’t take up too much space. Words are big energy for me to read
