At this point M2 iPad Pro is the supercharged beast, much more powerful than what’s needed. This makes it super future proof. The screen is fantastic, the battery life is fantastic. It’s my primary tool for everything. I’ve gone to iPad Pros in 2017 and got used to working only on them. Unless you need something very specific the iPad cannot yet provide, this is a great choice. The perfect middle. Be careful with storage options. If you need anything over 256gb consider how you’ll want to back it up. If you don’t subscribe to the cloud you’ll have to use a pc or a Mac. However they have to have as much space available as the size of your iPad drive.

I was in the market for an iPad Pro and held out for the latest, 7th generation with the M4 chip, to be released. After doing the research the new model seemed like overkill for what I need and there are precious few apps available that take advantage of all the extra computing power the M4 chip brings. Couple that with the now reduced 6th gen, the price difference is a chasm for what would be a nominal difference for the tasks I want to do. The 6th gen still has a very good screen - even if it isn't the very best now and I can live with that. After using the iPad Pro for several months now - editing photos, watching video and all the usual online activities (I haven't done much gaming on it but I'm sure that's fine too), and I haven't encountered any slow downs or hang ups - nothing that leaves me wishing it could be faster (except my Internet speed sometimes), or regretting that I didn't buy the current gen iPad Pro.

I'm loving my new iPad! So versatile, fast and simple. Also much more powerful than the old one. I'm so happy I made this purchase and Best Buy.com made it so easy. Takes amazing pictures too!Thanks for all of your help.

Excellent large format pad Fournette surfing email even using it for Final Cut Pro on the iPad. It’s much lighter than the lightest laptop but it can do almost as much. I’ve been very happy with iPad Pro 12.9 inches for the last six years and my love affair continues.. also, the price was excellent at Best Buy although the process of trading in and purchase was difficult at the store. It seemed intrusive that they needed my fingerprint as well as Social Security number, which actually violates federal privacy laws.

I’m obsessed. This doubles as my laptop at times. I will say it is absolutely on the large side and I definitely could have sized down a little bit. But I’m a student and having the biggest screen possible to take notes just feels right. There’s no way to pretend I’m not taking notes because the screen is so huge. It’s perfect for watching my shows. The picture quality is even surprisingly good. The only thing I wish I could do is have more than 2 screens open but I will survive. The best part is the cohesiveness of having more than one Apple product. I highly recommend, especially to students.

I love my IPad Pro. I got the 12.9 inch size with 512 GB storage. I use it for Procreate, for using notion to organize my life, and for reading my Digital College Textbooks. I was worried when I got it since I planned on using Procreate for my business that it wouldn’t handle enough layers for my designs. However, I’ve had no issues. Even on very large canvases, like 16 inches, I’ve been able to have about 25 layers at 300dpi. It keeps its battery for days of nearly constant use while studying. Very happy!

My wife upgraded from a 2018 ipad pro to this one, and I can honestly say there's not a really big difference other than a faster processor and camera aspects are a little better. She mainly bought this for the size, so she can stand this up while she is playing her keyboard. But if you don not have an ipad at all I always recommend starting out with the best which is this one, but if you already have the 2018 model I would suggest sticking with that one and saving some money.

I love this IPad. I use it every day. The battery life is very good. I am able to watch a few movies and the battery still has life. I also purchased the Apple Pencil which works well with this IPad. The display seems crisp and the sound is great. When I am surfing the net, the pages load quickly. I would recommend this product to a friend. The camera takes very good pictures.

I absolutely love my iPad Pro 12.9. It gives me just the right amount of portability while still providing me with all the necessities I require from my laptop or desktop. Battery life is excellent, and I find myself rarely needing a charge throughout multiple days despite my continued use. The size of the screen makes productivity simple and coupling that with a great Apple Magic Keyboard makes it even better! All around the perfect laptop replacement with extra portability and ease of use.

Love everything about this tablet. The colors are great and the battery life is amazing for my use. It is used primarily for digital art and I simply cannot be more happy with the ease of use for content creation and vivid display, and battery life too as nothing is worse then having a tablet die in the middle of a painting.

I absolutely LOVE my IPad! This was a little treat to myself and I'm so glad that i went ahead and purchased it. The camera is nice, the screen size is great for reading ebooks and editing documents, and I love the fact that my Apple Pencil can always stay charged.

Upgraded from the 4th generation 11-inch iPad Pro. The difference in screen size is awesome, definitely reaching for my laptop much less. Performance is great and the weight is not too bad. Will still use my iPad mini when I'm reading a book, as the screen is a bit big when just needing to curl up for some reading time. But, overall I'm really happy with my purchase.

Upgraded to this 12.9" M2 iPad Pro from an older iPad, and the difference is huge. The screen is stunning – the mini-LED display is extremely bright with deep blacks, and watching videos or editing photos looks fantastic. The M2 chip makes everything instant: multitasking, note-taking, drawing, and even heavier apps like Lightroom or video editing run smoothly with no lag. Battery life easily gets me through a full day of classes/work and media. Wi-Fi is fast and stable, and the 512GB storage is plenty for apps, offline videos, and large project files. Paired with the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil, it really does feel like a lightweight laptop for most tasks. The only downsides are the price (especially once you add accessories) and a few iPadOS limitations compared to a full Mac, but overall this is an excellent premium tablet. If you want the best iPad experience and use it for productivity, drawing, or media, this model is absolutely worth it.

A Must Purchase. Game Changer!!! We bought this iPad to update my iPad mini that is more than 8 years old. This iPad is state of the art. The response time is rapidly quick. The display is sharp and beautiful. The feel of technology luxury. It is a powerful tool outside of your normal laptop. The versatility, light weight, entertainment, informative, and communication are on point. It’s all you need for school, entertainment and education all rolled into one. My daughter has one and she is a digital art student and I see the wonders she creates on these iPads. Incredibly pleasing. The intelligence behind the screen is genius. Excellent purchase!!!!

Upgrade from a second gen Ipad pro 12.9". It's good. I'm a truck diver and do a route once a week where I'm waiting almost 2 hours to swap a trailer and its a must to watch movies or TV shows to keep me awake and from being board. Love that it uses USB-C now cause my old iPad has loose charging issue with the lighting port. Display is way brighter than my old iPad and much more snappy response and way better picture.

Works much better than my old Ipad. Screen is bigger and brighter. Battery life seems better as well. Just be careful with the pen. Easy to lose it if it get bumped off the side. Overall glad I upgraded.

I use this for school on a daily basis. It is very useful and it makes everything very productive. Screen is big enough to take notes comfortably and videos and books are great on this. Very fast and smooth

The 12.9-inch M2 iPad Pro is an amazing device. I had the first 2 generations of iPad and loved them but found them to be too basic for more than entertainment, and even that was limited. And my career meant I had to have an MacBook Pro did everything I needed and more. I recently retired and replaced it with this iPad and LOVE IT! Got an iPad Magic Keyboard with it and it’s this package that fully replaces my laptop. It connects to my 4K monitor as a mirror or extension. It also connects to an M1 Mac mini and its Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad for a better experience than my MBP! I still need to learn a few things and adjust my habitual workflow but so far is working out well and totally worth the price.

Very pleased with this purchase, love it. The speed, features, weight, and size (12.9 “) makes life easy for me , in my 60´s.
