    The product is much more difficult to use than earlier versions. Among other things, it’s difficult to close apps; the facial recognition feature works erratically; at times, it appears that the app can be opened without a password or facial recognition; the elimination of the headphone input required purchase of numerous new charging and connection wires, none of which are inexpensive. All in all, this model is a big step backward from prior models, including those that had home buttons.
