    This is the 3rd iPad Pro I’ve purchased. The reason for a new iPad Pro each time after 2 years each. The port that you plug in charger goes bad and every time I ask Apple if it can be fixed. The answer is always NO.

    I really like the iPad and what I will need it for. But for me now bought and excellent condition open box and now my iPad suddenly shuts off between being on and off. I’m not sure how that is excellent quality. Honestly would recommend buying it new to avoid this problem.
