Did not recieve this item UPS said besylt buy should replace as it was damaged in shipping but that has been 2 weeks and nothing

Would be 5 stars if you actually delivered it to me. And if you didn’t cancel my replacement you promised me.

It’s not about the product. It’s about the quality of service experience from the company .

Item never arrived and yet the charge still made it to my credit card.

Was ordered before Christmas and still had not shipped!

Excellent product, so happy I purchased the pro, the processing speed is amazing and streaming and using VPN connection could not work better. An all around great solution for work productivity and watching movies/tv while traveling

My old iPad Pro was pushing five years, I purchased a new one and couldn’t be happier. The screen is much more vivid than my old one. The camera takes beautiful photos.

It would be difficult to say something original about this product. I am not a apple fan, but we have to recognize that they managed to make their iPad pro 12.9 an essential tool for graphic design. Even if Samsung might give you better performance for cheaper hardware... No serious company wants to publish their software on android. The rasul: you re better buying an iPad this model is plenty to make something good, and even if a new version is rumored for next year. It still a solid investment.

Doesn’t turn on. I had it for 2 weeks and will be returning.

I never thought I would have use for an iPad since I have my iPhone and Laptop. Then my son showed me his iPad and what he can do with it and I am hooked. Now I am spending a lot of time on the iPad, much less on the laptop and my iPhone. I like to take notes when I am reading technical articles and watching presentations. I have piles of notebooks. I can replace all of those notebooks with OneNote on the iPad where I can hand write the notes using Apple Pencil, organize the notes with OneNote and store in the Cloud. Now instead of having dozens of notebooks I have one iPad that I can take everywhere. OneNote on the iPad allows you to write and its translates into text. But if your writing is sloppy like mine, it can be quirky. I often download long technical articles which I can highlight and hand write comments using Adobe. I can store them on the iPad and/or in the cloud so they are available as long as I have the ipad with me. No more looking through physical files for and article I want to reread. The screen and image quality are amazing for watching TV and movies. I chose the iPad Pro 12.9" because of my heavy use as a notebook. I wanted to larger form factor. My son uses a smaller iPad and loves it. I had a small problem when I first got the iPad which was probably my fault. I reported the problem to Apple and they had a tech rep call me several times until he got me on the phone. He spent about a half hour explaining why I had the problem and answering other questions. The iPad Pro 12.9" is certainly not cheap. But you pay a premium price and get a premium product.

I mean what can I say it’s an iPad? I love drawing on it. It’s not truly a laptop replacement especially if you’re on camera a lot it will be glitchy with most apps. It’s nice to carry around since it’s lighter.

Item came was true image diaplayed..the 12.9 inch screen definately allow for better viewing experience..will definitely be geeting to keyboard to ehnace the using experience!!

A world apart from my previous iPad, the resolution of the screen and processor speed are awesome.

Great purchase and easy to take with me anywhere I go. Especially for business meetings.

I’m very happy with my iPad. I wasn’t sure if I would like the 12.9 inch screen but I’m so happy I went with the bigger size.
