    The product was good. Salesman professional but there was no tech person readily available help to activate the sim on the I pad. I had to go to ATT down road. It was not done right and needed to return to ATT . More tech help should be available

    This is a good iPad but has no useful updates from last year’s model, so save $500 and buy the previous edition. There is nothing on this model worth paying for the latest and greatest.

    Coming from Microsoft products found things very difficult icily. Where is open and close to start off on a bad note, you made it happen.

    I purchased this as a replacement for my iPad Air 2 that had zero battery life, and it is replacing my laptop, as well. I found a great dock that gives it extended connectivity when needed. Couldn”t be happier!
