I was not sure about using an iPad instead of a MacBook, but this device is amazing. I hung onto my MacBook in case there would be any gaps in functionality, but I haven’t had to power it up since buying the iPad Pro last week. I probably couldn’t do my job on an iPad, but for home use and basic work (email, documents, O365 management) it’s very capable. The spec on these iPads are impressive, so it will surely run well for years. I can’t wait to see how they develop the software in the future.

The iPad Pro is a very good the screenquality is good . Love that the screen is pretty big . Love that it doesn’t have a home button. The camera is much better than the other iPads ... love to use it for sketching

I love my new iPad Pro. I went with the 12.9” and I am so glad I did. I love it. The colors and resolution on the screen are great. Easy to use right out of the box. Lightweight too. If love my iPad!

I bought the iPad Pro 12.9 to really see what it is cabable of and all I can say is WOW! I was very impressed when I paired up my Apple Pencil and started drawing and soon realized how realistic this machine really is especially with the PaperLike matte screen protector. I have imported and exported a few photos in and out of Affinity photo editor and it is seamless. I have not found a task that this will not handle with ease. Thank you Apple for making such a beast of a tablet.

I have always been an adroid user and was originally debating between this tablet and the Samsung Tab S5E. I decided to try something different and enter the world of Apple! All I can say is - "Oh My Goodness!!!" This thing is a POWERHOUSE! It has a gorgeous display, extremely powerful (especially when I sync it up with a keyboard and use it like a laptop, and I love that there are apps that are specifically designed to be used with a tablet (as opposed to just overblown phoe apps that aren't quite designed for tbalets, like was the case with the Samsung). This thing is making me want to switch my phone over to an Apple as well - LOL!! Highest recommendation!!

I upgraded from the 10.5 inch iPad Pro to this 12.9 inch iPad Pro. Now to be honest I was skeptical about the size as it feels humongous in my hands. But I have to say as I’m getting older, I am not at all, but the bigger screen is absolutely so much better. I got this on a great black Friday deal that knocked off $200 and I traded in that old iPad for another 200. So right there that’s $400 off the regular price. If you are a fan of iPads this is a great one to have. Screen looks great, the UI is great and is snappy as anything. I cannot wait for a 2020 iPad Pro so I jumped on this one while on sale. Highly recommend if you are in the apple ecosystem already.

I really have thoroughly enjoyed using this device. I would strongly recommend the apple magic keyboard/trackpad combo from apple to use with this. With those two items combined, it's an amazing experience. I would recommend this for anyone who wants the best and most powerful iPad available. The new 2020 Ipad air is a great option if you want to save a few bucks. The magic apple keyboard for the 11-inch pro is compatible with the new 2020 Ipad air. I would recommend most people to save their money and go that route. However, if money isn't an option this geat and you won't be disappointed with it.

The sleek design is excellent. The clarity of the camera and Retina display is the very best in today’s market. The Apple Pencil does everything I want and more. So much to explore and learn.

I am a technology consultant and long time Apple user. Six years ago, I made the switch to Microsoft because they were innovating due to their change in leadership. My “go-to” has been the Surface Book 2. While I loved this device, something was missing. When I needed something quick and stable, Ithought back to my 12” iPad Pro. No matter what, my iPad never once failed me. Then enters the 2018 iPad Pro. This device is amazing. As a business user, I use Microsoft Office daily, along with GSuite, Evernote and other applications. I also do some quick coding when I need to. Outlook on the iPad is the best and I find myself more productive each day. I use Microsoft Teams and Zoom for daily video conferencing and corporate communications. Slack is running always and I “Yam” on Yammer. The handwriting on this device is second to none. I use MyScript Nebo and Notability for near everything. Nebo is the best handwriting app when you need things converted to text. It is near flawless and care read even the worst handwriting. This is my “go-to” app because it is available on iOS, Android, and Windows. As for Notability, it is great in meetings. If you record the audio of the meeting, your handwriting is synced. So, when you play it back, your handwriting is also replayed. Because of the new keyboard and stylus, I reach for my iPad more than my computer for near everything. People will tell you that this is not a real computer or the apps are weak because they are not able to perform like a desktop application. While the critics are correct, they are also wrong. Most of the “creatives” complain, but this device, while marketed to creatives, is really more about productivity. The iPad Pro is a very useful for business, school and daily use. The Apps, while different, are very powerful and are extremely stable. The OS is secure and is capable of near everything I would typically do on a Mac or PC. Note, I have yet to meet one creative that uses one of these devices, so it might be time for Apple to change their marketing. So, for the complainers...you do not buy this device for Photoshop or running Maya. Are you going to have every feature in Excel available on this device? Not yet. They are coming and 99% of the world does not need them. Who is this device for? People who want a powerful productivity device that will not let them down. Get the Apple Smart Keyboard and Stylus, along with AppleCare. I promise you will not be sorry. Also, BestBuy is your place to get this device. They have an amazing team that can help you out. Also, they will match Apple’s discounts for students and educators. If you are a Veteran, BestBuy will match Apple’s discount for you, too.

Apple has finally produced an IPAD that is just like a computer, large enough to see for older people and quick as race car. If there was a 512 model I would have purchased it.

Incredibly fast. Beautiful display and fantastic sound. I honestly don’t know how they do it, but this iPad is remarkable. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase. I couldn’t be happier.

Ive had the original Ipad Pro 12 inch for the past 4 years, and have since stopped taking notes on paper for the most part, through both graduate school and medical school. The upgrade to the newer 12 inch was a nice upgrade. The screen is noticeably crisper and the battery life is much improved. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tablet that wants some extra functionality/power. This is assuming you are an apple fan. PC people will argue to the grave that apple isn't worth it. Just to add, I got a refurbished one that was "like new". It truly looked like new and saved my almost 250 off the total.

Love the screen size, battery life and speed of this IPad. The only negative to this IPad is the lack of cases available for it at this time.

I wanted a upgrade for my PhD program and I debated between this or the Sony Paper for reading and I am so glad I got this with the apple pen. Amazing for reading articles on a flat surface you for highlighting, annotate and ability to carry all my readings without printing paper. Also hooks up tp my bluetooth printer easy. So many more functions than the Sony Paper. App Downloads quick and I know the price is high but the speed it operated is worth it. Writing with the pen is great and easy. And typing notes or surfing the web. Like all apple products you have to buy adapters or bluetooth headphones is my only complaint.

I initially purchased a MacBook Air, but returned it when it wouldn’t boot up one morning. There are plenty of great reviews for this product on Youtube, so I’ll keep it brief. The execution on this product is impeccable and the upcoming IPad IOS is going to make it even better. This will handle most of your day to day duties, with the exception of high-end pro level work. I’d recommend you keep some kind of laptop around (I have one issued to me from work), but otherwise this device is extremely portable, is a technological marvel, and will probably provide 3-4 years of service before succumbing to obsolescence.

Great response and battery life. Athens screen is large enough to work tv in a hotel room inside of using the hotel tv. It was so easy to transfer my old ipad to this one.

I mainly bought this iPad because it’s lighter to carry around than my MacBook and I really only use it for convenience. When I don’t need my MacBook I use the Pro and it’s honestly the same level of efficiency. I had to do a PowerPoint for my Math class and it was so much easier to complete using the Pro. You can easily carry it wherever without the heaviness of a laptop and it’s much more easier to maneuver in my opinion. I’m also thinking of going completely paperless and I’ve heard that the Pro is a great option for that. It’s also an amazing option for a college student or any student in general.

The tablet is fast and well designed. Satisfied with speed, volume, resolution, weight, and performance. So far so good. Hopefully this one will last a while

When it’s an Apple, expect fast speed. Also the size of the screen improves the visual experience. It also makes it easier to use apps.
