I feel it’s important to know this is the kind of service he provides in the Spokane, Washington Valley.

Idk, but, unacceptable and had to return. Btw, it was the second iPad Pro I received via mail delivered to Best Buy, for me to pic up, strange that it was the case with 2ipad pros. Best Buy staff though, was very helpful, with great customer service !!! Two thumbs up.
