I got this product in a great condition, and it was very secure in the box, packaging was done very nicely, this tablet worked perfectly so far, and I love it! Product delivery was fast and well packaged. I would recommend buying and use apple charger for this product in case not received with this product. Overall, the iPad Pro is wonderful, and recommend for all new buyers.
