I use two per room and I have two homes....so.... Expensive, but knockoffs do not work well....they cause all kinds of problems so have no choice but to buy genuine Apple products. At least I know it will work for sure.

Now we have several iPads, iPhone, Macs, and an Apple TV! I love this item because it is so versatile. It can be plugged into the Mac's extension cord, it charges ANY USB chargeable item, and it's very well put together! Don't be cheap and buy a knock-off, spend the money and enjoy this charger for years to come!
