    It's supposed to be an excellent condition item, but it came as a good one, missing the wall charger. I had to return it.

    Product is great. Service was fine. I purchased an iPad to be shipped to the store for pickup because i was told it would arrive before Christmas. After i had already committed to purchase i was then told it wouldn’t arrive until two days after Christmas. Best buy needs to do better.

    Color and screen is great! Battery I’m NOT impressed with at all. I have an iPad Pro 12.9” 5th Edition and the battery last almost double to this new one.

    I was looking forward to the ipad air. I ordered a blue one but they sent a silver one. I am upset. They say I can drive an hour to Birmingham to get the one I ordered or wait another week. They offered no help. This was for my grandson.

    Great product, although I didn't actually make the purchase, someone using my credit card and information fraudulently purchased AND PICKED UP this item at a best buy store and i am just now stuck with paying the bill because my cc company nor best buy will resolve this matter. good times!!

    It’s kinda hard to write a review for something you did not receive. FedEx delivered to the wrong address. Shame on you, BestBuy for not requesting a signature upon delivery. And, for not looking into this report and replacing the missing shipment.
