    I purchased an excellent condition iPad 13. They sent the wrong charging cord. Infirmed me, I needed to send it ALL back to get refund. Then I’d have to re-order a new Ipad and cord . Rather than just sending me the correct charging cord. After all , it was their mistake . By the time, I received the iPad. The sale was over with, so I’d have to pay more for the iPad ! What a hassle! Now , I have to go out and purchase a new cord along with a cord that I have absolutely no use for ! Extremely , poor customer service!
