    To be clear this review is of Best Buy's order/shipping process and not the iPad which I haven't gotten it yet. Ordered and paid for on the 17th, told it would arrive on the 23rd. Best Buy's status tracker is worthless, stated in was "preparing for pickup" which would make most assume it was at the store going through some sort of final inspect. Stopped at store at 5pm on the 23rd was told by the store clerked that it was on "verification hold" and the arrival date was "unscheduled" and they could not give me any further information or what "verification hold" really means. Makes me suspect it is actually out of stock and was out of stock when I ordered but Best Buy did not want to say. at 6pm got an email stating there was an unidentified problem with my order and they were "working to resolve in the next few days". Very unhappy with Best Buy for a) the initial false delivery date and b) the worthless order tracking

    Terrible. Ordered item and Best Buy never shipped. Waited over a week, for an item which was scheduled for next day delivery. Called numerous times with no help whatsoever ever. Was charge for item day order was placed. Attempted to cancel order and was told it would take a week or two to cancel. Will never buy from Best Buy in the future.

    I would love to give this a review, but I still have not received it from ordering it. It was supposed to be here over a week ago and UPS keeps saying it has been delayed. Not sure who is to blame but it is extremely frustrating.

    Love the product but really wish Apple would start adding a USB (I need to connect my camera for work) because the adapters get scorching HOT.
