Nice upgrade from my 5 year old iPad Pro. Was waiting for the new M5 pro version but decided that the M4 was more than sufficient.

I’ve had my iPad Pro for 9 years and the 32 gig memory caused me to keep deleting things and battery life was pretty poor so I purchased the 2024 M4 iPad Pro 13” and it’s amazing. It runs my game smoothly and the graphics are amazing.

I love this iPad. The performance on it is amazing. High quality sound and the screen is so big and bright. This iPad is the one to get if you want to take high quality photos.

Great Ipad, but item was not as described. I purchased an open box-excellent condition. It was a used ipad with no original packaging and shipped with a random cord and random box.

Amazing product. Love that I can purchase something on my phone, stop in at the store and pick it up. I also received a $200 price adjustment with the price drop two days later. All I had to do was click price adjustment.

No help setting up. I purchased 3 items but had to schedule 3 visits to accomplish but didn’t include data transfer! I thought when I purchased the premium plan it would include data transfer??

The iPad is awesome. The screen is bright and crisp. Processor is speedy.

This is a great tablet, absolute love it. My only qualm is it’s a little bit large to carry around. But it comes to watching programs. I love the size.

All the variants of the product was available in the store. So no disappointment while purchasing. Representative from Apple was available in the store to brief about the product and suggesting the apple care options both Best Buy and their own. Overall the store experience was very good and satisfying.

Bought for my son just before he moved to Japan to replace his old one. He loves it! Of course the M4 is the fastest chip Apple even makes, so there's that, but it's had no problem replacing his macbook and becoming his "serious" device to get things done. No complaints. Not cheap, but it's expected to last for quite a while.
